I use this lighter as a backup ignition source for my hot air balloon burner. It’s a perfect replacement to the old style flint lighter that I used for many years. I’m able to operate the arc lighter even while wearing my leather flight gloves. The igniter on my BBQ has seen better days. Hate using propane or butane lighters, so...this seemed like a good solution. Upon receipt both the package and the product screamed: QUALITY!!!! Gave it a few trial ignitions and it is still, virtually, fully charged. BBQ lights easily using this device. I like it so much that I am buying a couple more for gifts.

So far this lighter has worked like a charm for me. It does the job lighting candles and incense sticks/cones. It also charges to full battery in very little time - I think it took me less than an hour. Now I’m not a smoker but I doubt it’ll work very well to light cigarettes or alike. My reason for taking a star off, is that I notice it gets build-up on the parts where the sparks comes from, but it’s easy to clean, however I’m just worried if it might clog it up eventually to a point where it won’t work any longer? I guess only time will tell.

I love candles and have them burning most nights at my home. I have spent so much money on butane lighters. They last a month or so and then I'm replacing it. I stumbled across this lighter on Amazon searching for a longer lasting butane lighter. I couldn't be happier! So easy to use and lasts indefinitely! I've been using it for a month or so already and haven't had to recharge it yet. I highly recommend this product!

lighter works well, but some of the similar models had a SLIDE SWITCH that was right next to the ON button (you can slide the power switch and push the power button with one motion, but this one has the main switch next to the USB port and the pushbotton on the other side...not very convenient.

I’m easily impressed by new things and for whatever reason I had never heard of such a lighter. I have been lighting my candles with one of the standard long tip lighters and mine finally ran out of juice. So what do I do? Get on amazon, of course! So I search for long lighter because I really had no clue what else to search for and I come across this cool looking one but then I saw the price and was like- woah! So then I read the details and I was sold by the idea of never having to buy another one of these again....instant purchase. Got it the next day because Prime is amazing, and the video you see is my first time using it. Enjoy !

I bought this lighter to turn on the gas stove as the light functionality for the stove doesn't work anymore. The butane fuel lighters run out of fuel like every 10 days!! This lighter works perfect! The button to light is easy to press unlike traditional lighters. My mom uses it mostly and she loves it soo far!!! The lighter has a switch to power on/off on the left bottom corner. I love the style and the LED lights on it.
