FoxFury480-009S Discover Tasker S LED Helmet Light/Headlamp with Silicone and Elastic Strap, 120 Lumens

Works great, doesn't weigh down my helmet. The on & off button is a little tough to find when you have gloves on. I like that it have a replaceable lens in cause it gets damaged

I've had this for a few months now and use is mounted to my hardhat when I investigate fire scenes. This light is bright enough for me to work comfortably in the area in front of me and to make my way around inside and outside in the dark. This is not like turning on the sun but it is much brighter than all the cheap headlamps sold in the big box stores.It is well constructed and very durable. The aluminum housing is much better than the plastic used in the cheaper lights.I like the single red flashing LED on the battery pack making me more visible to my partner and others while we work. I use rechargeable batteries and they are easy to pop out and pop in but you won't have to do it terribly often - using it on low I would say I can get maybe 12-14 hours of work time.My only complaint / recommendation for improvement would be to make the on / off switch a bit larger to make it easier to positively locate with gloved hands. That's it. This is a solid light that is well worth the money. I only wish I bought it sooner!

I was after a head lamp....and being that it was fiire fighter approved I thought it would be brighter than what it is...It was really hard for me to gauge the lumens. But I still like the lol....Also, it sucks batteries like a Cookie Monster. It is very rigid by way of design. I kept it but I also ordered me a $400 Petzl that's is amazing. Recharge battery. One of the best if not the best. I'm being lazy but if you must know which one it is....it's the one with 600 or 700 lumens. (Every morning you wake up is a great day!)

Not as bright as my friend's stream light, but it gets the job done.

It does not have the lumens they say, cheap stuff, I have a lamp from the same brand and it is not even close to the quality and brightness, may be a clone or something, don't buy it

I like FoxFury products but I was very disappointed that the light does not angle up or down... After getting the product I looked and they do sell one that angles but it was too late I needed it and started using it.It is bright though.

I'm a part time Firefighter/Paramedic where I work and this is an Excellent lamp for operations, haven't used it in a fire situation yet I am betting it wont be great in it with it being a panoramic light. but it has been very useful on various incidents that I've been on. it is a very bright light and the high/low option is very nice, I hardly use the high setting on it, I usually cover it with a hand when I turn to talk to someone (don't want to blind them) at some point I will try it and see how it does in a smoke situation when the time comes. all in all a great tool to have on my helmet. I figured the battery pack would be unwanted weight on my helmet but I cant really tell that it is there. I will purchase another for when I get another fire service job and eventually one for my SAR equipment. highly recommend if you are looking for a great headlamp for your gear for the fire service or even SAR.
