Good basic Win 10 pc for the money.
Was purchased to be used as a retro gaming computer in an Arcade Cabinet. Nothing that will really pull hard on the hardware, 80s arcade games but so far it does the job and does it better than other units in same price range that I tried first. I would be tempted to purchase more since they have way less power draw that a typical desktop pc, but with prices of off-lease units coming down I may be leaning that way but I will consider these mini pcs.

Totally bad. Cursor is lagging also!Extreme slow. Even the system is also lagging.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Totally waste of money. At least was not expensive. Running like a 10 year old PC. Operating system lagging. On youtube , watch some 720p ? No way!! Even not 480p. U will get incredible lagging video too,while u watch 480p video. Not recommended for office/YouTube not even for web browsing. Can't handle the regular web pages !! So sad. Can't handle normally the 480p video on YouTube !!

A Pleasant Surprise
I had an extra monitor, and was contemplating a desktop tower (refurbished). Fortunately, I decided on this mini pc. It amazes me that it cost so little, and performs in such a big way. It's quiet, and does the job I require. Thanks

Lags
This device has unbearable lag streaming Amazon and bad lag streaming Netflix. It is hardwired right out of the cable modem/router. Our last device by a different manufacture did not have any streaming problems and it was using wireless.

Stopped working, Support won't help
I purchased this item in December to run one program, it stopped working in February after the return period. When I reached out to ACEPC they were not wiling to help. Waste of money.

useless crap
It was slow and the AC power port got loose somehow within weeks. Do NOT buy one.
