This is my favorite olive oil. Most Iliada olive oils are the kalamata versions, which are not as green and certainly don't have the nose this organic one does. I keep it in the fridge and then thaw it out to fill up my countertop decanter. I use it on salads, and if I ate bread, I'd dip it in this. I drizzle it on veggies like steamed broccoli, or over cooked burgers and on steelhead trout. It's super green and very tasty.
