but still leaves me with a little extra space for something like a big power bank
I got this backpack because sometimes when I work I have to carry my laptop, laptop cooler, headphones and a couple of external HDD. I use to just put it in a large sports holdall but found that the internal contents i.e. my laptop and stuff would slide around everywhere. That is not ideal for my expensive and delicate equipment. This backpack not only fits all my content, but still leaves me with a little extra space for something like a big power bank. My laptop is a 13 inch MacBook pro so if you put in a 15 inch laptop you may have less space than I do. My contents are held in place nicely and the backpack walls are quite thick and act like a cushion. There is even a secret compartment where I pack the laptop, I think they call it an anti theft compartment. The straps are soft and strong and still feel comfortable with a moderate heavy weight. Being waterproof is a big plus for me as my bag will nearly always contain electrical devices. Also I haven't used it yet but I can use the bags charging cable to charge my mobile, but only if I connect it to a power bank. Overall it is an impressive backpack, and was definitely designed for us adults.

and I love it. The first impression is fantastic
On the face of it, just another bag? Infact it's so much more, and I love it. The first impression is fantastic, quality is instantly apparent, with the materials and the rugged and thick zippers. Which is extremely important to me, as its to be used by my kids too,The USB addition is rather smart, and while I didn't see the point, the kids think this is fantastic, its nothing more than a pass-through port, and theirs, not charger actually included. This means its to be in conjunction of a power bank, and allows to have your iPad or phone will on the move.

Great secure bag with lots of small but well thought out details.
This is an ingenious and spacious bag! It has a lot of space with divided sections allowing you to store electronics and papers alongside other non-specific items. There are also 3 'secret' pockets for storage of things.I love the fact the bag cannot be opened once on your back from those behind. Though this is a great security feature, the only downside is that if you need anything such as a bottle of water, you have to fully remove the bag. It would have been nice if the bag had one pocket on the outside for holding such things.I also really like the fact the bag has a USB charging port which you can connect to a portable charger of your own on the inside and it allows you to charge things on the go.

Ok in general with some issues
Bag looks great initially. Then it rained. The waterproofing was ok however there was a big patch that got wet inside unfortunatly it was the pocket on the back where i hold my laptop.then i noticed the interior lining started to tear after 2.5 months so durability is also an issue. Personally i feel a bag should be able to hold a laptop and a book and a pen for more than 3 months without this happening

It definitely feels like a fairly sturdy back pack
It definitely feels like a fairly sturdy back pack, and the external usb port is a neat idea. My only complaint is that while it can comfortably fit a 15inch laptop, charger and cables etc, the main section actually feels quite small. For example, you can get a pair of trainers and some gym clothes in there, but you'll struggle to get a towel in as well and still be able to comfortably zip it up. Of course if like me you rarely go to the gym then this isn't too much of a problem!

Wow
I couldn't say any bad word about this backpack I love it from inside to outside. Backpack opens as wide as you like. 15 inch laptop, laptop charger, 10inch tablet, 20000mha powerbank are not a problem at all. Even after I put all of this, there still are plenty of roomfor other stuff. Adjustable length usb cable is very thoughtful. It's very comfortable to wear. Waterproof. Well designed. Card and wallet pockets are very useful ideas. Business class backpack.

Best Buy ever
One of the Best Buys I’ve ever got! You need a power pack with it but absolutely worth every penny! iPhone batteries run down quickly having it plugged in to the bag kept me going using the train! A must have for everyone with a phone ! Not entirely convinced it’s 100% theft proof at the front (small pocket) but where u out iPad and laptop with other bit no one can get at it!! With this was invented years ago!
