I am an idiot. My PC was dying and I needed to replace it, so I bought this like 4 months ago and didn’t open it until today. Stupid, I know! I even saw the warranty thing about 30 day returns and saw the DOA complaints and so it was just really really dumb! All I can say in my defense is I AM rather stupid.Anyway, I opened it, plugged it in while it was in the dark so I missed all the ports for the video card as the DVI ports are black instead of white. So it turned on but no monitor. I quickly resolved it. It wanted to load some crapware which is to be expected but seriously it probably has about 1/10 of the nonsense when you buy it elsewhere. It’s quiet as sin. It looks crazy cool. It’s faster than my old beast (but between dying and age, I’m not sure that’s a HUGE brag). I can play everything I want to play. I don’t have a bunch of the newest games so it’s not an issue. Idc what others write, I have built computers many times, I do not think I could have built this one for what I bought it for and I opened it to remove the plastic and it is CLEAN! Omg! These guys have the inside looking so neat and uncluttered.I know I’m an idiot and took a HUGE stupid risk, but they came through in a BIG way! I will absolutely return to them AND recommend them. I repair these things and can tell you nightmare stories of dealing with ANY company big or small, cheap or expensive, that I’m afraid is just the nature of the beast.If you are looking for a good computer at a VERY reasonable price, feel confident. I’m not saying there CAN’T be issues because even I’M not that dumb! Someone’s going to have bad luck or it’ll get dropping in shipping etc, so be smarter than me and hook it up right away. Remember your video will plug in below the motherboard for your graphics card (duh! But I did it myself), and make sure it’s all good but as a guy who has built, and repaired these things for years, this was simple, inexpensive, and an AMAZING job, so based on this one experience I’ve had, I say the reward WAY out weighs the risk, especially if you don’t know how to build it yourself.

I have been a gamer for a long time, and have owned multiple gaming desktops. I usually just buy a new laptop or desktop when I find PC games that I can't play. This thing is awesome and fast, I can play all of my games on the highest settings without any lag at all. Very high quality gaming PC.

I've owned a couple of other PCs and this is a great gaming desktop for the price. I was impressed with the speed as well as the high quality parts. I would definitely recommend this for anyone getting into PC gaming.

This PC is the Fastest PC Ever! It can play all my games on High to Ultra video settings and the hardware is all high quality name brand parts. This PC is amazing for the price and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about PC gaming or having the very best hardware.
