Perfect for martial arts and weightlifting!
Now I’m on my 3rd pair of these I feel I can give a unbiased opinion, so here goes!I am quite flat footed and suffer pain in my calf’s as a result. I powerlift and do Krav Maga on a regular basis and as you can probably guess, that makes the pain even worse. But these insoles have been a godsend to me!When quickly changing direction or slamming your weight through the shoe and insole you can feel the cushioning lock around your footbed, anchoring your feet lightly in the shoe and preventing internal movement which is exactly what I needed. In addition the cushioning when not under shock or pressure has just enough give in it to keep the discomfort at bay after a long day. In addition the pain in my calf’s has reduced dramatically. They are so good that after buying them for my gym shoes, I put them in my work shoes too! But remember everyone’s biology is slightly different and what works for me, may not work for you. However if you do the same sports as me, I have found them good enough to recommend.

Fantastic insoles
These are the most comfortable insoles I've ever used. I like using the Vivo Barefoot range of shoes, but the insoles wore out very quickly. These have transformed the shoes into being roomy, very, very comfortable, and also reduce the impact on my knees. Excellent. I'd definitely recommend them.

too early to tell
For a product that is designed to reduce the risk of chronic injury, it's hard to write a review after 20 miles or so. Also, it'd be good to know how they're doing after 400 miles of use.. The performance insole is really quite firm and supportive in the rear foot, yet I'm still getting the benefit of the cushioning in my brooks ghost trainers. Despite the apparent clunkiness, they don't seem to have taken anything off running pace.. Issues - they're quite wide, so fitting them in some shoes is going to be problematic. Also I'm a 12.5, so it would be better if they did a size 13 which I could have trimmed down. Having spent loads on orthotics over the years, it's worth a go at 20 quid.

No more achy feet
I bought these for my golf shoes as my feet were aching… not anymore… these are great and I would highly recommend .I will be buying another pair

Great fit and support, but heavy and ventilated
The support and cushioning are exceptional, but the materials do make them quite heavy (for what they are) and the unperforated D3 bed construction make them a bit on the sweaty side compared to other brands

Super comfy
Great insoles which are super comfy. Would recommend.

Cured my running knee problem
I started running to try and keep fit and built up gradually to 5k using the couch to 5k NHS app. After a while I started to get terrible pains on the outside of my right knee. I went to a local sports shop and they suggested I tried these. They made my shoes so much more comfortable, reduced the impact on my knees and supported my arches. I am on my second pair now and although they are a bit pricey I can't recommend them.enough. I did read that they have developed an even better material but it doesn't seem to be generally available yet.

Waste of money
I bought these insoles with high hopes but have found them severely lacking. The surface of the insole is quite slippy and despite trying different socks I find my feet move around inside the shoe.If you get chance to look at them in a shop you'll see what I mean about the surface being almost like a slick fabric with little texture to add grip.My other annoyance is the weight. They make my shoes feel quite heavy and believe they add about 100g per shoe which is very noticeable for me and makes it feel like I am plodding and not running.Have stopped using them because of the aforementioned shortcomings.Did not get any of the purported benefits.
