Works really well and can stay on for hours before needing to be refilled.

I have purchased a number of great diffuser on amazon this is not one of them. I purchased 2 but the diffusing mist will not escape in this unit out of the mister. There are multiple interior parts of the mister lid and if I remove the part that is "blocking" the mist from escaping it just splashes water out of the top. I bought these as a gift and it was too late to return them once I found out they were not working properly.Picture 1 is the entire unit (and it is turned ON).Picture 2 is with the decorative cover off.Picture 3 with the lid off and the light "on" the unit. Too many blocks on the lid openings and the mist cannot escape. I took the plastic blocks off and then the water just splashes out of the openings.Picture 4 Lid off the unit, and I am touching the unit reservoir. This part of the unit is hot to the touch.

I am hooked on this machine. I am a terrible sinus sufferer. Now, instead of taking 2 - 4 allergy/sinus pills per day - I use put a few drops of eucalyptus oil into the diffuser and let it handle the air. I use it every single night and sometimes during the day if I have a flare up. I have used it about 3 months. Now, instead of reaching for a pill or nasacort - I will go into my bedroom, close the door, and turn it on. In about 1/2 hour I am up and ready to start again. Of course, I gotta give most of the credit to the Eucalyptus Oil. I bought one to give to my brother-in-law who also suffers from sinus.

I got the diffuser ready to use with water and oil, plugged it in, heard the beep you're supposed to hear......and then NOTHING! It did not work. Unfortunately, I threw the packaging away, so I could not return it. But nevertheless, I just thought it was bad luck on my part and got another. This time it worked for a good 3 minutes and then crapped out. I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. If you are reading this....DO NOT BUY!!!!

Best diffuser ever for the price!! I bought a smaller one for more money before I found this one. It lasts all day even with only half a tank and puts out a lot of vapor. It makes my whole house smell amazing. I’m ordering another before the price goes up. The ONLY thing I don’t like it that it sparks when you plug it in so I only use it when I’m awake and at home

I was able to use mine one time before it quit working, but I believe that if I still had my box and was able to return it, that it wouldn't happen again. It is built well, simple to use, and produces a good scent. I also like the light feature. I may buy another one in the future in hopes that it doesn't happen a second time. I will update my review if I ever do.

Too temperamental. This is the worst unit I have purchased. Don't flirt with the max fill line. It seems if you get too close or are a smidge over you won't get a mist. It works best if you only fill it up half way, but then it doesn't last through the night.
