Does the job.
I like the three in one riddle size. The frame is not quite as sturdy as I would have liked. I dropped a spade on it and it bent. Still perfectly useable though.

Great! It works very well.
It's a sieve.... I used it to check for glass or plastic in top soil that we bought. Amazing how many things are in the bags (bought from a DIY chain). The 2 additional gratings that you pop in if you want to reduce the size of the holes, are very effective. All in all, best one I've ever had (and I've had 2 previously over the years).

metal gardening sieve
the item is well made but the delivery was atrocious the box looked as if it had been used as a football I received an e-mail it was going to be late on the 6th it didn't turn up until the 9th.

An ok Garden Sieve?
The biggest problem with this sieve is that despite the marketing photograph showing that it has strengthening ridges around it, when you receive it the item has not got these ridges. So, what you see is not what you get.The metal used is certainly thick enough. The three grids should get rid of most pesky stones.I am guessing that changing the grid is simply a case of pushing one out and dropping another in. I'm guessing because there are no instructions to change the grids with it.

Good quality
Good quality. I use it to sieve out small pieces of coal to use as slack when backing up the fire. It's an old fashioned thing which my parents did during the war!

Better than plastic options
Hi bought a couple of garden riddles, this one and a generic plastic one from my local garden centre. The plastic one broke after a days use - sieving pea shingle that was covered in dirt. This metal one is still going strong. Like the option to have smaller holes by adding one of the other grills - note that the biggest grill is fixed in place so you just lay the others over the top.
