Ceylon Pure Organic Coconut Flour, 20 Ounce

Recently I started to use coconut flour instead of regular grain flour in baking & cooking. I love that its gluten free and organic!. So far I have used this flour in pancakes, muffins, & a few other bakes goods and it tastes great! Occasionally I have added a few teaspoons of this in curries to make the gravy a bit thicker, and it seems to work well. Planning on using this in a few other baked goods & hopefully they turn out well !!

I just made Crepes using coconut flour and it was delicious! It adds a nice tropical touch to the flavor and I can wait to experiment with more recipes with coconut flour
