This book has some really great prompts, with also a few oddball ones but if it is being used in a guided manner I feel like it could be a great tool for kids who have difficulty regulating themselves emotionally.

Received the journal in poor condition; bent corners, back cover had a good size indent, and the front cover had blemishes.
