How did I not know about this stuff? It seriously is a miracle in a car. Our water softener has been going for a while and needless to say appliances and bathrooms have been taking a beating. My upstairs shower was ruined, so I thought. I’ve tried bleach, clr, etc and nothing was touching the staining. I bought this out of desperation. I wet the shower down sprinkled about half of the can on the whole surface and let it sit like that. Came back in after an hour or so with a green pad and went to work. Took a couple rounds of reapplying, scrubbing, and rinsing, but my shower/tub is white again! It was so heavily stained it went past brown. I can’t recommend this product enough!!

Works great for breaking up food that is stuck in the bottom of my stainless All-Clad pans. You can use the powder to scrub the pan, or you can just add a little water & let the acid break down the food over time. This works better than using salt to scrub the pans, or just soaking the pan in water. I have found this locally at a good price, but it is close to this one. Be careful, there are a lot of vendors on Amazon who are charging a fortune for this stuff. Locally, it is about $4 per can.

Love this stuff, it works everywhere. I use it on my quartz countertops, ceramic/glass stovetop, bathroom shower door, stainless steel sink, ceramic sink, stainless steel faucets, etc. I especially like to use it on my glass stovetop - I just sprinkle it on, wet the surface a little (so it's like a slurry), let sit for 30 seconds to a minute, and scrub with a scratch-less wire sponge.

A realtor suggested this to me when we purchased a house with a glass top range that had baked on residue. Barkeeper's Friend cleaned it right up. We also had a fiberglass tub with discoloration in the bottom that we had tried several things on. I wet the tub, sprinkled Barkeeper's Friend all over the bottom and let it set for about an hour. I rinsed the bub and went over it with a washcloth and the discoloration was gone. I also used it clean up a scratched fiberglass sink that looked so bad that I was considering replacing it. Needless to say, there is a can of Barkeeper's friend under every sink in the house.

I bought this in an attempt to clean a glass stove cook top. It made a big, but not complete improvement. This was far better than any other product I have tried for this purpose.My cook top is black, and had become discolored through use to a greyish, whitish stain. This product, combined with some elbow grease, eliminated the whitish stain, and left behind a much less noticeable, and smaller darkish stain. While that may not sound impressive, the professional cleaning lady we hired was very impressed and plans to add this product to her cleaning kit. Our cook top may not be back to "like new" condition, but it is much improved.

This stuff is awesome! I saw this on Apartment Therapy and decided to go have a look. It does have great reviews and talks about so many uses so I thought I would give it a try. It is fantastic!!! Cleans my glass stove top stubborn stains like a dream. Do test on surfaces first. I just jumped in and did get some scratches on my stainless sink. My bad for not testing. It has been great on everything else.

Unlike other powder cleaners, this does not leave grit or residue. I use it on my stainless steel kitchen sink, my glass top stove and in my bathroom --it does not scratch the surface. It cleans like magic! I have fiberglass bathtubs that have the anti-slip texture and I've never been able to get the surface to look clean until this product! It made my tubs sparkle like brand new. I try to stay as natural and chemical free in my house as possible and I'm very comfortable using this --no smell or strong odor. I love it and buy two at a time so I never run out.

We live in an area where the city water is hard, that is there are a few mineral deposits in the water. One of the ways this shows up is deposits and pits on our stainless steel pots. We have two different size pots and we have neglected to treat the mineral deposits for a couple of years.The deposits got so bad my wife was ready to toss the pots. I asked her to let me try Bar Keepers Friend Powdered Cleaner before she threw them out.The smaller pot was the one which was more pitted, so I tackled it first. It did take me about 15 minutes. I followed the instructions, wet the inside of the pot and scrubbed lightly. I was using paper towel to scrub with. I had to go through the process about three times before I got over 95% of the mineral deposits off. But the pots look much better than they did before.I’ll be honest and tell you they do not look new. They look like 3 or 4 year-old pots. But that is what you would expect them to look like.I suggest that you use some type of glove, vinyl or rubber, when you scrub your pots or other metal fixture.I’m very pleased with the results. I suspect if I had done this a year or two sooner, the pots would look much better.

Bar keepers Friend is an amazing product, but the product i got is some rubbish powder which is worse than dish soap, it can't remove anything normal buildup, stains and hard water stains. Sheer waste of money.

Cumple lo que promete quita sarro, oxido, manchas de jabón la verdad me dejo muy sorprendido, si tienes que tallar con una fibra pero deja muy limpia la superficie donde lo usas.

Es buen producto y funciona la limpiar otro Amazon lo tiene demasiado caro. Después de comprarlo lo encontré en la comer y hombre Depot a un precio mucho menor.
