I ordered this for my new kitchen/dining area. First one I received was in a box inside a bigger box without packing material to surround it so it apparently bounced around to where Styrofoam packing was broken and light was cracked. Sent it back and Amazon immediately sent a new one packed better and it arrived intact. My contractor installed it and used 40W incandescent bulbs that he had on hand - not very bright though pretty. I replaced bulbs with LED bulbs equivalent to 100 W and it is nice and bright with warm tint. Looks great with my natural wood Shaker cabinets. I like it so well I may get a second one for hallway.

BUYER BEWARE
Sadly the "glass and copper and metal" shade arrived and appears to be made of some sort of ACRYLIC and METAL. Where is the antique brass? Where is the copper? Oh....yeah ... the "look" of it in the cheap metal with badly fitted joints. And to make matters worse the shade was covered in some sort of lubricant both inside and out. I spent about a half hour and half a roll of paper towels wiping it down to get rid of the lubricant / oil. And after all that, there is still some residue --- YUCKY. The installation instructions were sparce at best; offering a paucity of information. Good thing I have a couple of contractor types installing it. BOTTOM LINE -- It was not worth the money spent - perhaps it would have been worth a $29 investment but no more; definitely NOT WORTH the $126 plus tax - $132.46. At this point I am going to have to live with it until I find a replacement. I am sorely disappointed and the item certainly was NOT AS DESCRIBED. It is lightweight so I gave that 3 stars - but overall - a one star rating on all other points.
