Only one drawback.
This is just what I wanted. Cord and fasteners are as described. My only criticism is that it took me half an hour to unknot the cord. I suggest that a simple spool of cardboard would be a big help. I used it to replace my rainhat cord ,It did the job .

The elastic was ok and one set of clips, the other set of clips are useless. They do not hold the elastic in place when under pressure.

Good value but small double locks throw away
The small double cord locks do not work with bungee cord there is no tension on the spring. The large ones are great so still recommend them
