ThePhotoStick 64 for iPhone

This is the best backup photo stick I have found, (I have bought many) and the most simplistic to use. All you have to do is download the free app in the App Store and plug it in and follow simple steps. It even fits with a case on the phone, (mine is the LifeProof Fre case) you do not have to remove the case to use the stick, another huge plus. It also has a USB plug on the opposite side to review what you've backed up on a laptop or other computer. I would and probably will buy another one, (larger 128MB) if needed. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to quickly backup photos &/or videos that don't 100% trust icloud for their precious photos &/or videos.

If this is crap, and does not work. Have you called support and research why you believe it does not work? That would be a helpful review for all concerned in purchasing this item. So please tell you why you feel this way especially beings there’s a 30 day time frame for a refund. Make this a intelligent review please.....Thanks

Please save your money, this is crap. It DOES NOT WORK

The upside is that the product works as advertised....in that it properly acquired and transferred photo and video files. The process is effortless. The only negative is that buyers need be aware of one thing. The manufacturer online instructions for iPhones indicates there is a screen button to initiate disconnection of the stick from the phone. The product package label does not show it and neither does the app that you have to load for use. So, unlike other hardware applications, iPhone users are supposed to just pull the stick when done...like disconnecting a charging cord. But the instructions don't reflect that. Lastly, manufacturer Customer Support is pretty poor.UPDATE: It's 3 months later and I never received a reply or contact from manufacturer's Customer Support. They give you a work order # right away, and that's all. Inexcusable.

I followed the instructions to a ‘T’ and it DOESN'T work. I worked on this ridiculous ‘Gadget’ until I drained my iPhone battery!
