Lasted 5 months. Used it 11 times. Started turning blue and now out of focus.
Wont last very long. Tips start falling out or can't be lined up properly to make using it easy. 11 uses over 5 months and it started turning blue on screen and today it will no longer focus. Good while it lasted but you may want to spend a bit more if you plan to use this long term. Find one that allows the tips to be set in any direction to allow you to move it inside your ear better.I would give it 5 stars as a product but directions are very brief. Took me a while to get it working on the phone. Still wont work on the PC but it works AMAZINGLY WELL once you have it going. It may feel a bit cheap but don't let it fool you. It's light and easy to move around. The included tools are many and easy to use. Good picture. Randomly goes blue here and there but your getting a good tool at this price. Well worth your time if you have ever wondered what's in the places you can't see. Warning. Might be in your best interest not to tell everyone you have it. Family and friends will form an endless line of look in mine.

Pretty good product. Take s a bit to get used to
I have a big phobia of having stuff put into my ear to clean especially q-tips since I do not know how close it could be to my ear drum. I freak out pretty bad but this product really puts my mind at ease. The product some with a nice leather storage case that has enough room to fit all the accessories. I will go into the camera itself is small enough to fit most ear sizes. The cover on it can be a bit of challenge to remove but i believe it is nicely sealed to prevent water from getting onto the camera and causes bacterial growth which could effect your ears. The product is a bit of an adjustment to use. They do provide software for phones and laptop. I feel for best results, I would use a computer because the software is a bit more user friendly then the phone app. IT has a pretty clear picture once closer to the object. It can be quite blurry about 5 inches away. It can be plugged in via usb or usb type c. I have tried using and adapter to convert it to lightning but it didn't work for me. Because i have the laptop or type c i did not see much use in wifi. In my opinion the best result is a direct connection. Next to the accessories, it comes in a variety of lengths and a few other equipment that i have no idea would do. I usually just use the small hook. I feel like this works really well. It is a clear plastic and twists onto the camera. The light from the camera will reflect on the hook so you get better lighting when you try and scoop the ear wax. It can be hard to get use to because it's not always in the upright position. This means what you see and how you navigate can be a bit of a challenge so be aware of that. One small complaint is the case holding all the accessories is made of very thin plastic. It will definitely break overtime since ur constantly opening and closing. Overall the product is a great device and keeps my ears clean. Although be aware a small amount of ear was is perfectly fine! You should always leave some behind since it is a natural defense against bacteria entering your ear.

Fun and Helpful
I've used a wooden/plastic ear wax cleaner pick thing for over a decade before finally deciding to upgrade. The set comes with a small carrying pouch for easy storage. Setting up the product was challenging since the instructions provided were a little sparse and confusing. But, once the camera is set up and synced with your phone it's easy to use. The built in light on the endoscope can get really bright which helps seeing into deep places, which is a lot easier than trying to shine a flashlight into the ear while holding the pick. Having a camera and being able to see where the scope is on your phone screen also helps with figuring how deep you are, and if the gunk is too deep to try and pick out. While it's convenient, the camera sometimes has difficulty focusing and once you start scrapping against the walls of your ear to get the gunk out, the image on your phone turns completely black. But I'd like to caution those that get motion sick easily, since staring at the camera screen for even a few min made me feel a bit sick. The pick attachment provided is also comfortable and doesn't hurt the inside of the year when you're picking things out (careful to make sure they're completely screwed on so they don't fall off the scope while inside your ear!) Overall, it's a nice and fun tool to use to scout out the ear and where all the gunk is hiding.

Possibly best $29 I ever spent
I ruptured my left ear drum many years ago.My Eustachian tubes were partially blocked and I could not equalize pressure when I work on Haleakala in the 1990s. Travelling from sea level to 10,000 nightly eventually caused my tympanic membrane to tear. Repeated injury caused the build of scar tissue, so it easily breaks when I fly. Sometimes even during physical exertion like cycling. I spent a few hrs last night using this otoscope to inspect my ear. I found fibers close to the eardrum which I was able to remove. Some with the included tools, but what worked best was a saline water jet with a syringe. The otoscope works great and supports OTG so I don't bother with the WiFi setup, just plug and play with USB Camera Pro. I would prefer a slightly shorter focal distance, say 1 cm, but at this price its an amazing and very useful device.
