After the first bag never got to my house I had to get a refund and reorder. 2nd order they jacked up the price. Anyway it arrived today. It is a high quality bag. It has two inner zippered pockets and is lined with reflective foil lining. The lid zippers and velcros closed. I would go 5 stars but there is a issue that really sucks.The outside is siliconed like other fire bags and will attract pet hair, dust, and heres the main complaint. The whole outside of the bag is covered with loose fiberglass strands. I am tore up from handling it. I have been trying to remove them with 2" wide sticky tape and one of the washable reusable lint rollers. Its working but its going to take some time.For that reason I can't recommend anyone who is sensitive to fiberglass should buy this.

The bag that I received today from this co, does not look like what others show in pictures. First of all the seams on the bottom of the bag are so bad, if you pull on them, they look like they are about to separate. THERE IS NO FLUTING COVERING UP THE SEAMS ON MY BAG LIKE SHOWN ON PICTURES AND LIKE OTHERS HERE SHOWN, EXPOSED THREADS, BADLY PUT TOGETHER. Furthermore, the bottom of the bag starts off with 5 inch width and then degrades to 4 inch width, a total shoddy, crooked sawing job. Furthermore, the bag came without any tags and with greasy whitish looking fingertips all over the bag and white hair stock to it in places. Gross. Returning this mess ASAP. Too bad my cam does not work, otherwise I would of posted pics.

This fire/waterproof bag is different from others because the main opening on top opens wide in a D-shape, as opposed to opening just straight across. This means that access to folders/files is clear and easy. This is why I got this particular bag. At first, I didn't enjoy the texture of the material on the outside, the "stickiness," but after a few seconds I got over it, since it's not actually sticky. It's just a silicone texture, which I'd say is more like "non-slip." No random fiberglass fibers flying off anywhere, this seems like a good bag and I'm able to put quite a bit of paperwork inside it. I also like the 2 large zippered pockets inside the bag. I'm happy to now have a document Go Bag that is resistant to outside elements. Also, the main outside zipper to this bag is very high quality, exactly like those found on technical waterproof rain jackets (self-sealing zippers).

This fireproof document bag is the most reliable, comfortable and stylish bag I have ever had. First of all, it fits a lot of official size documents in it. Also, it keeps all of my necessary things in a great condition and safe to bring it anywhere. I was out in rain the other day and my bag was very safe to keep my documents on, not even single drop of rain got in.It also looks neat and classy. I love it. Would definitely recommend everyone to get one! You will love it!

Bought this bag for all my important things in my life. I keep all the irreplaceable items and documents inside this bag. Then it fits nicely inside my fileing cabinet!! It has a shoulder strap and inside zip up pockets. I like the zip pockets inside for my most valuable things. Feels just a bit more secure! Great bag for the price. It has plenty of room and seems well made. Thick. Strong and most importantly it’s FIREPROOF. Everything will burn up inside a safe or file cabinet. But this simple bag won’t an you can fit the bag inside a safe or a cabinet.Good idea to have a fireproof bag NOW before you ever need it!!!

I hope I never have to really rate the effectiveness of this product, that would imply it's been in a fireso ease of use, it is relatively lightweight, and the size is good for me for important papersbut I found the zipper difficult to work, it can't just be open as that would likely not be fireproof, but I personally found it very hard to closeI don't use the papers inside often so I'll keep it and not hassle with returning...but just wanted others to know

Great bag, Perfect size and doesn’t take up tons of space. The exterior feels almost sticky, I’m sure it’s the fire resistant component to the bag but wow does it attract pet fur! Not easy to come off, but overall I think it’s a great bag for the price

I have documents that I wanted to feel a little safer about keeping and saw this Nicetech (15"x12"x5") Fireproof Bag up to 2000°f Fire Safe, Premium Portable. I am obviously not going to test it, hope it will never have the situation where by it would have to be tested for it's intended purpose and have no idea how it would hold up under such circumstance. What I can say is that it seems well made and constructed and should work fine keeping valuable papers and such safer, drier etc. and other reviews seem to also support this.
