It's ok as a scoring board - the measurements (inches in 1/8th increments) are clear to read unlike some boards. There's a little slot at the back into which the envelope triangle slips and, on the front, a neat little compartment at the top with a flip up lid to store the scoring tool.I tried it with paper and promptly cut the paper in half but trying it again realised, with paper, it doesn't need much pressure. Probably better with stock card.Very easy to make envelopes.

This is in inches not cms. Not a deal breaker - it's well made and very useful for larger paper sizes - most craft paper stacks come in 12 inch sizes, so this is perfect. Have the smaller one by MS too. Always very good products from this company.

Bought this because my current board did not have small enough increments. This one works in eighths of an inch, which means you can do practically anything with it. Highly recommended.
