Great knife and very reasonably priced.

I really got into cooking about 2 years ago and have been on the fence with laying down the money on a great, quality chef's knife. If you're on the fence like I was, it is worth every penny that you put into it and I can probably speak for everyone else who has bought one.Presentation: The box is very well made as works as a good case for the knife. It comes with a rather large microfiber cloth. As well as multiple pieces of padding with a red velvet type material.The knife: Beautifully crafted handle that is easy to grip with my massive hands but is sturdy. (I'm 6'4 and have large hands) The damascus steel blade comes out of the box sharp enough to cut a lot of things with just the weight of the knife.All in all I really do love this knife and anyone who's on the fence with buying it, I urge you to take the plunge. It is worth every penny

This knife is very sharp! Sliced through everything we've thrown at it so far. The handle is exceptionally ornate, and the Damascus forging makes it solid and durable, and looks really nice. I would recommend this knife to anyone who wants to upgrade their kitchen arsenal without breaking the bank. "It will cut!"

The steel is as hard as claimed, which means it will hold a razor-edge. I recommend getting a ceramic sharpening rod to keep the edge honed. It is a great bargain.

This knife is incredibly sharp and very lightweight. It is easy to handle and cuts through even tough foods like butter. The case it came in is very nice, but a little bulky. I don't have a knife block, so I will probably store it in its case so no one cuts a finger off reaching into the drawer.

I had a JA Henkels 8 inch chefs knife, that was not really expensive. I wanted a better knife, And after a lot of research I decided on this one. And I’m truly glad I did, I love it.

Nice and sharp, don’t know if it’s real carbon steel though, more like printed stainless but still holds a nice edge, doesn’t rust

I absolutely love this knife. The quality is better than I hoped for and it cuts like a laser. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for an all purpose chef knife.
