I didn't know how much I would love these
I initially rated these 3 stars, but I have given them more over time. I love these! I have Raynauds, and now that cold weather is here, I couldn't imagine not having these. They are very thin neoprene toe caps. At first I thought they felt cheap and thin, but they fit well over my socks and into my shoes. I wear them in my normal running shoes (the breathable, mesh toe kind) and they keep my toes warm running in 35° weather. I have put them through the washer, and accidentally through the dryer, and they are fine. Probably better to hand wash, though.I bought the larger size. I have size women's 8.5 feet with a wide forefoot. These were too big to wear alone, but fit just well enough over socks. They don't squash my toes together and I really can't feel them when my shoes are on. I also wear them in my fall and winter boots. By themseves, they are not warm, but they protect against damp, wet toes since neoprene still insulates when wet.I could take off half a star since tge stitching is loose on the edges now, but I wear them almost every day, and I can sew well enough to fix them. I dod not like the price, but I have certainly used them enough by now to justify it. I recommend them to my cold-toed friends.

They work
Wore them for my morning 5 mile walks every day for the last few days. Temp was in the mid-30's. Thin enough that they don't fit too snuggly when worn over my socks. I would not say they kept my toes "toasty", but they certainly kept my toes from getting painfully cold. Well worth the money!

Works under cool conditions
I bought these for downhill skiing, since my feet have always been freezing in the past while skiing. This season I added toe-warming chemical pads in addition to these warmers, and these were nice to stick the pads on. The result was that my feet were chilly at times, but I never got to can't-feel-my-toes, which is a definite improvement. I don't think that they would have achieved this result by themselves, though. I also took one of the pairs to work - I work outside, and wear wool socks in the winter, but I'm a person whose feet are always cold - and again, it helped. My feet weren't warm, but they weren't freezing. I noticed that they trap a lot of moisture, and when I would take them off my toes would feel cold because they were also slightly damp. It didn't bother me, but if your feet sweat a lot, you might not like these.I bought the larger size, which were a little loose. I'm a women's nine with normal/narrow feet. I considered sewing them a bit smaller, but as it turned out, they didn't bunch up or were too thick in my shoes or ski boots at all, so i didn't bother. When I took off my shoes though, these would stay behind inside.Do these make your feet magically warm? No. Will I keep wearing them occasionally? Yes, and definitely for skiing.

Best things ever
These are fantastic for keeping my toes warm when it's cold outside. It works best in shoes where there's a decent amount of space for the heat to gather. Also, if it's lower than 20 they don't work as well but honestly they still help a lot and keep me from having to do really thick socks that's won't fit into my gymshoes when I don't want to wear boots. I'd buy again for sure.

Good for mid 40F's and up; not for 30F-40F
So I've been trying these for a while for Cycling. Background: I want to highlight that I don't solely rely on these toe warmers to keep my feet from being frozen; I also have toe covers on my cycling shoes and on top of that I use neoprene Booties (for those who don't know those are wore on top of the cycling shoe and have holes for the cleats and the heel to easily walk); so in a way I have 4 layers; As many would know, most cycling shoes come with at least a hole designed for more ventilation (which is helpful in the summer); so every winter I use duct tape to ensure the warm is kept inside the shoe.My Review:Pros: They fit perfectly, their thickness is not a problem with wearing it on top of the sock.Cons: These a Good for mid 40F's and up but not for 30F-40F; I had a slight improvement on my Mid 30Fs to 40F ride but my toes always froze :( So I would no recommend these toe warmers for cycling in < 40F.

They work!
As I get older I find that my fingers and toes do not keep warm in winter temperatures. I bought these on a whim to see if they would help when I snowshoe. I wore a pair today over my normal hiking shocks and then put on my insulated boots and off I went. I was able to feel my toes the entire 6.5 mile hike! We broke trail with 2 feet of snow. Now, my toes did get chilly, but they never went numb and I didn't have to focus on flexing them the entire time to keep them warm or warm them up. It's January, it's cold and I live in the mountains! Great buy!(Be sure to measure your feet as instructed to get the right fit! I wear a 9 women's boot and I bought the small size warmers. Fit is perfect!)

I will try anything to keep my toes warm
I get chilblains, thought these might help keep my toes warm. Unfortunately they are a bit challenging to get into my current shoes/boots, but was willing to try.

I love these toe warmers. Wind proof & water proof. Just the right thickness. Allowed me to keep running outdoors in the coldest conditions. Great price too!

Surprisingly Effective
Surprisingly effective, and especially good in boots that do not have a lot of clearance in the toe. Just needed a little extra, but a second layer of socks wasn't fitting. These do the trick.

Clever design, good fit and works well!
Works well for winter night rides, toes feel really snug. Most importantly, it does help your toes stay warm against the cold wind. It should fit so long as your feet have a bit of wriggle space left in your shoes. Kinda like a thick pair of socks if you will, except it protects your toes a bit better against the cold from the headwinds.

Correct...
C’est ok sans plus. Rend le bout des pieds humides.
