Particularly for the price, I really can't complain. It fits a poster of the advertised size perfectly, and it holds it snugly enough that I didn't need to uncurl the poster first. I also appreciate that the hanging hooks are hinged rather than being the sort you just bend.I would however advise people to be VERY careful when bending back the tabs that hold on the back of the frame, and then especially when pushing the back into place again. Several tabs weren't pushed completely flush and ended up getting smashed down, and I was only able to straighten them again with a metal tool and a pliers.

UPDATE: I revived a new frame and it’s perfect!My frame came broken, no broken shipping box just the frame. I’m under the impression they are sending a replacement so I will update review when it comes!

I was so pleased with this product when I opened up the box! Shipped in a sturdy, well packaged box and looked amazing when I installed my poster inside. Would highly recommend and would purchase again! Good quality for the price paid! Shipping was fast also, received the next day after I placed my order!

This is a nice frame and an ok price , but the way the piece of MDF fits on the back is terrible. It has the little metal tabs that you have to bend up (which always end up breaking off if you bend them more than once or twice) and it is a struggle to get the back off even with the tabs as flat as they can be against the frame. But worse is trying to get the back piece back inside the frame. We put the picture in and then spent the next 20 minutes trying to get the back in. It isn't flexible so you can't bend it slightly to pop it in place and the tabs are in the way no matter what you do. We literally ended up just pushing it in and everywhere there was a tab it damaged the MDF back piece. No one is going to see it obviously but all the same, terrible design.

Frame is very sturdy, very nice looking and good quality! Does not look cheap! I would highly recommend this for any photo's you are wanting to hang in your home, office, or anyplace for that matter.

This is the worst piece of schlock I have ever seen. The first one was sent and was actually missing an entire side of the frame, and the box was broken apart. Amazon replaced it very fast but it came in broken within the box as well. Now, for me to get my refund, I have to ship it back because UPS came by to pick it up and they said I wasn’t home. Which I was. I had the box ready to pick up and sitting out on my porch by my door. The return instructions were very confusing… I was to be home… but I could have it sitting out by the door for the UPS guy to pick up… so UPS just gave me the return label on the door handle, right next to the box— saying I had to be home… guess what?? I WAS HOME! Now I have to pay for them to come back and pick it or somehow take it to the UPS Store in my 2 seater car… good luck with that. Don’t buy this piece of crap it is poorly made, poorly packed and really ugly. I purchased a three pack of another frame and they were great and came in flawless. Amazon AND this manufacturer were a waste of my time- don’t let them waste yours.

I was surprised at the great quality for the price. You won't go wrong with this frame.

I ordered the 20x30 frame, frame looks like real wood... packaging was very good... it is light weight and the panel is pre installed... looks great and is a fraction of what custom framing would be...I would definitely order again!!
