Recieved completely different product
I recieved a badge holder with a cat on it, which is not at all what I ordered. When I went to try and return it, I was met with a message that said "this item isn't eligible for return." I work in neurosurgery and thought the brain badge holder was perfect and now I have a useless cat thing. I don't even like cats.
