Good quality and size. Not good for skinny people. Too tick to make tight.
Good quality and it arrived quickly. You have three parts to attach. The best way it to attach the big part to your body (it will be quite loose still) and then make it tight with the other two parts in th outside. It is not good for people that are too skinny.

Good for back ache too
This worked well after giving birth. I used it with other belts alternating them and I loved them. This actually made my belly sweat.

I love this thing!!!! I started wearing this as soon as I received it. I usually wear it when I am walking at the track it is comfortable and easy to adjust..I am already seeing results in the 2 to 3 weeks since I had it!

Back Support NOT for slimming waist
It’s more so for back support than slimming your waist. This has got to be the cheapest and most ineffective waist trimmer I have ever purchased.It’s uncomfortable and inadequate.

Revised**Super Smelly
Great buy but the smell is so overpowering I'm not sure if I can stand to wear it for more than an hour. I even soaked it and rinsed it and it STILL stinks. I have no clue what I'm gonna do, I feel like I might have wasted my money :(Update: I received great customer service after submitting my review, I was sent a new belt. The new belt had athe same smell but after 2 days of laying it out, the smell was no longer as noticable like the previous belt.

I developed a RASH! :(
Bulky.Plus caused a really bad rash on my back and abdomen; I’m red and itching in those areas, my fear is I will have permanent scarring from the scratching (ie stretch marks perhaps). I’ve already requested to return.I do not recommend AT ALL

Sizes run small, very uncomfortable to wear
This item did not work for me. It’s definitely very tough material. However the sizes run small and it is very uncomfortable to wear. I would not purchase again.
