I purchased this pan, washed and then used it twice, noting a clear chemical smell each time, at low heat settings. I wished I'd done due diligence beforehand rather than after the fact, but even I had what I would have discovered is that seller provides absolutely no information on how these pans are manufactured, including chemicals used. Until the seller does, I would not purchase this pan. And I think the time is long overdue for Amazon to hold all sellers to this basic disclosure standard. If sellers are not prepared to provide detailed manufacturing data on goods in which chemicals are used and come into any body contact, inside or out, they should not be allowed to sell things at this site.

I'm very disappointed with this pan. Arrived without instructions and a slightly loose handle. Ok, no big deal. I'm a seasoned cook. Yes, the eggs came right out of the pan, and that is the only good thing I can say. After the first use, this pan scratched right through all the layers. No where in the desription of this pan does it specify what type of utensils to use. This is definitely NOT one of those newer scratch resistent copper pans. The color is copper and that's it. I would not recommend this pan or any from this line of pans. Never in all my 40 yrs of cooking have I had such a bad experience with cookware. Usually a pan will last at least a good 6 months to a year before noticable scratches. This pan looks like we gouged it and we only used a regular spatula, with rounded edges no less! Again, very disappointed.

I love this pan because it is big enough for my family; I can cook all my family’s breakfast at one time! I cook my eggs and make mini omelets. I also cook sausage and the pan cooks them evenly. I still use a few drops of oil; not sure if it is needed, but the food tasted better with a little oil. It is easy to clean, wipes with a paper towel and I wash it in the sink. The removable handle makes it easy to clean too, you can simply remove the grease with the handle removed.

It’s easy to clean and good looking but only used less than a month, the handle is broken and the seller won’t let me return or replace. There is a design flaw in the handle connect to the pan.

Please, check your pan before using it!I used the pan once to fry an egg. Then I wiped it with a damp paper towel and noticed some weird pink-orange residue. I washed the pan thoroughly with soap and water and dried it with a paper towel. The result is on the photo provided the residue is still there. It is the coating rubbing off. Imagine all this stuff ending up in your food!

Junk. The handle became loose, screws attaching the handle wouldn’t stay tightened. This pan is junk.

Received with some minor scratches and pits, which were not on the cooking surface. Have only used a week but so far, doesn’t stick, cleans easily and heat distribution is good. As others pointed out, there appears to be more scratches than when I first received and these are on the cooking surface, but they seem so fine that they don’t break the nonstick surface so I hope that does not become a problem.I like the removable handle if it doesn’t fail, as some other reviewers have stated. The large size is awesome. 12 inch is hard to find.

I just got this nonstick pan a short time ago but really like it after several uses. I had a small frying pan for omelet, but the pan is too small for big burrito tortilla. This pan is large enough for it and food just doesn't stick. I like the removable handle for easy storage and clean. Nice pan and hope the nonstick lasts longer.
