This charger does *almost* what it says on the tin.The good:Includes everything you need. 2 batteries, the dock, the cable.Easy to use.The bad:The colour of the plastic isn’t white. It’s slightly off white. No big deal, but it’s noticeable compared to the brilliant white of the xbox controller that the battery pack is a slightly different colour. Like it’s a bit grubby. Maybe after a year of use the controller will fade to match!The fit isn’t perfect. The batteries fit and latch in place, but they don’t end up completely flush with the body of the controller, there’s a noticeable lip. Not a big deal.It doesn’t operate the way it should. The description says that the light will illuminate red when charging, and green when charged. In reality, the light is green when there’s nothing connected, and red when there is a battery connected, regardless of its state. This is annoying as it means you can’t actually see which battery is charged or not. And why is an empty slot green, surely an empty slot should be off? I left one battery on charge overnight and even this morning the light is showing red, but I believe the battery to be fully charged. The battery isn’t hot so I don’t believe that he charger is over-charging the battery, just that the light logic is not great.The cable is black. With everything else being white, it would have been nice to have a white cable too.Ultimately you get what you pay for. This was an inexpensive pair of batteries bit an average charger in the box. Not great, but does the job.

Purchased this item as my controller kept losing battery, being charged via xbox cable. As I didn't know whether the battery was dud or the cable or controller this item was my best option as I can charge the controller or just the batteries. It is a small unit so it's easy to store. I like that the unit lights red while charging and green when charged. I keep the item next to the console so I was not concerned about the length of the item cable. I am pleased with the product and it is cheaper than a new controller.

I bought this as a present so I havent put it to the test but upon inspection it looked decent enough

I bought this charger as, since lockdown, my controllers haven't been lasting long at all! It does a good job, though two months later I am starting to notice the charge time is taking a little bit longer than it did when I first received it. Overall, good value for money and saves me a fortune in the batteries I was buying.

It charges well and is good for my controllers cause it is next to my bed but I was surprised as when I woke up this morning after that had been on charge the light was still red and when I powered it up it was fully charged so even though it charged be careful as it may make u think it isn’t

I ordered two controller chargers, one of the batteries for one of the controllers was temperamental when charging, after 2 months that battery stopped charging. The other set we have no issues with and works perfectly.I contacted the seller to advise of the issue and asked for 1 new battery to be sent. They replied promptly apologising and said they would sort. Two days later and a whole new docking station (and batteries) were delivered - so a completely new product this was above and beyond what I had expected!I would not hesitate in ordering again and highly recommend.
