I still love it!
Yes it's from china, and there's some issues I dealt with.I had to clean some bits out of the carb and remove the idle adjustment plug to re-adjust. You tube can help you learn about the "round slide" carb. I replaced the front shocks with ones that had 7mm thick coils instead of the 9mm to get the suspension to work. Tie rod ends were flipped to go up from the bottom for better steering geometry. Chain guard was removed because it was binding the rear suspension. After that it's the best little cruiser ever.I took it to the antique machinery show in Portland Indiana (supposed to be the biggest in the world) and it was a big hit. Think I spent a good third of my time there telling people all about it.

Read reviews first
Had to put a new carburetor on after week 3. The first one gummed up because of a jelpack they put in float bowl for delivery and it does not come apart because its popriveted together. Good news new car $15. Should have never had to do this to begin with.

Buyers beware! This jeep has a FATAL manufacturing flaw.
Buyers beware! This jeep has a FATAL manufacturing flaw. The engine placement at the front of the jeep causes WAYYYYY too much stress/strain on the chain/sprocket. After less than 1hr of driving; you will end up with the front sprocket shearing off at the sprocket retainer! See pictures for what I am talking about. At this point I have replaced it 2x and now I decided its just not worth it to keep fixing so I pulled the entire engine/drivetrain out and I am converting it to electric. If you look at the new 2019 mini jeep coming out of china; they moved the engine to the rear and even call out all the things they fixed that are wrong with this model:Key Features on the New Mini Jeep* Rear engine, rear drive* Shorter chain power transmission, more efficiency and stability* Engine available on 110cc, 125cc and 150cc* Swing-arm shock suspensions* Strong frame on front fender* Driver and pessanger's seats clearance adjustable* Combination switch on Head-light close and far beam, turning light* Hydraulic parking brake* Minimum turning radius much shorter* Comfortable side on board step pedal

quality
the jeep came with very little damage, just a few scratches. It does not run right and I need to do some work on the carb. Other than that I'm pleased.
