The media could not be loaded.  I've been using this charger for a few weeks now, and it works great. The tangle of cables and pile of wall-warts are gone, and everything that I need to charge is in one place. For reference, this includes a Microsoft Surface, two different Samsung tablets (even with a keyboard cover), and multiple cell phones.Also, keep in mind that you don't have to put everything between the plastic dividers. If you have a larger item to charge, you can plug the needed cable into the front port, and just have it in front of the charger. Alternatively, you can rest smaller items (thinking portable speakers, based on personal experience) on top of the plastic dividers without worrying about damaging them.The gap between the dividers is .75 inches, so check your devices to see if they'll fit. Most likely, they will. One of my tablets is in a thick leather case, and it still fits. It does rub against the plastic divider on both sides, but despite charging nightly for weeks, there is no wear on the dividers at all.

I have to admit, this was totally an impulse purchase. That being said, I am absolutely satisfied with the usefulness of this product! I was getting tired of all the different charging cords for different devices that would constantly clutter my kitchen counter. I love that this charging dock has 6 USB ports and came with the appropriate short charging cables. The little dividers that light up while charging are very helpful in keeping my counter organized. I will say that one of my tablets didn't fit between the dividers with it's case on, but that's not a deal breaker, I just left one of the dividers out. One surprising bonus I found was that this device would "fast- charge" my old samsung tab2 which had previously taken FOREVER to charge even with the original cable & plug. You really can't go wrong with this charging dock. It's aesthetically pleasing and it encourages my family to plug in their devices as soon as they come home which ultimately means less screen- time and more quality conversations.

The media could not be loaded.  Okay so first I was like this would be cheap and burn out before I got a get good use out of it. Well it is still going strong. It charges 5 Samsung S10s and a Samsung 12.1 Tablet in good time. Just as fast as the stock charging chords. This comes with a few type Cs and Type Bs decent length to plug up your devices to the dock. I also charge my Samsung Note+ (Star Wars) here as well. It charges just as fast.The plug is a standard AC plug and not USB which let's be honest is very smart. The plastic dividers maybe acrylic not sure. They are pretty sturdy and lights up/glows blue (blue light shines through from the bottom) while charging and turns off when device is finished charging. There is a switch to turn this feature off. There is no "On" and "Off" switch. When the device is plugged in it is "On".I did purchase extra cords due to not enough Type C cords came with this unit that I needed for my family and all of our devices.

This is the second one of these that we have purchased. The previous was white with all Apple charging cords. This one is silver/gray and has 3 Micro USB and 3 Type-C charging cords. You cannot go wrong with this purchase.Its a nice charging station with the ability to charge 6 USB devices at one time. We are using it with a camera battery charger that charges 2 batteries at once. I guess you could say we are charging 7 items.It does have a 10 amp maximum. All 6 ports cannot charge at 2.4 amp at the same time since that would require 14.4 amps. So be aware of this. I am not sure how it decides which to supply 2.4 amps versus 1 amp. All our devices are fully charged by morning so it really doesn't concern us. If we need a fast charge, we charge those devices by themselves before bedtime.It has LED lights that shine up through the baffles. This is great so that you know things are charging.The Hercules Tuff 6 Port Charging Station is made of plastic but appears to be well made. The baffles lock in place and do not come out easy. This may change over time and if it does, I will update this review.

The unit looks better on the pictures than it is in real life. Yes, it keeps all the devices stacked up. Yes, each device has its own slot and even in thick cases, tablets fit there. However, the cable mess is still there, unless you very neatly tuck everything in and turn the unit just right to hide the cables behind the devices stacked on it. Fiddling with short cables to plug in the tablets or even phones is often an effort - have to turn everything sideways to be able to see the charging ports and then turn it back to make it look neat.Also, I'm not at all convinced in quality - one of the dividers already acting up for me and not always lighting up. Doesn't affect functionality by much, but annoying.I'll probably keep it - it's ok for the price - but don't expect a nice modern looking unit with perfectly arranged cables and neatly stacked devices you see on the picture

This did not charge any of my devices. The lights worked. It would have been a nice unit if it actually worked. Bought this on prime along with an extra set of cable. They used the same tracking for both items so it looked like the product had been delivered but I only received the cables. I contacted the seller and they did respond and a week later I received this broken item.. that even though I bought it through prime I have to return it though Hercules stuff. Very disappointed and feeling like i got scammed.

I was so excited to get this and finally be rid of the cable jungle where all of our devices get plugged in. Only to find that even though it said there would be cables for androids and iPhones, we received NO cables that were compatible for our iPhone XR, iPhone 8, and iPads. I had to spend extra money to purchase separate short cables that would be compatable with our Apple products. The product itself works fine, but was very disappointed in the cables provided with the unit.
