I had been suffering from insomnia for as long as I can remember. I recently decided to play my own doctor--my amateurish research gave me many reasons to diagnose myself with sleep apnea.The first night I used this mouthpiece, I immediately started contemplating writing a negative review. It may be too early to draw any definitive conclusions -- I may come back and add something to this feedback a year later -- but, so far, I am satisfied with it.

This snoring relief device is a great product, it really does help with my husbands snoring! Be sure to put your lower jaw forward slightly when molding the mouthpiece, just as the directions say.

Just follow the instructions from someone in comments before about customizing the fit of the mouthpiece and it will feel better.

I bought this mouth guard for preventing grinding my teeth. It is easy to mold, and feel not bad to wear during sleep. The cute case coming with the product makes it easy to store when traveling. With this low price, I am happy with it.

This takes a few days to get used to and it may not be for everyone. Making it fit your mouth/etc was very easy with hot water if you follow the directions. The only slight discomfort that you'll probably find with any type of mouthpiece while trying to sleep is it holds your mouth in an unnatural position. Once you get accustomed to this, it seems like it's a great snoring stopper.
