This is a little gem. Infinitely better that the previous one I bought from Amazon.Very easy to install. Took no more than 15 seconds. Unlike the previous one, as soon as I get into my vehicle it connects automatically and moreover it stays connected. Definitely recommend this little gem over all others. Great value for money, too.

My husband actually asked me why he didn't buy this sooner. He loves it. His previous phone's aux jack wasn't able to connect to the cord while in any case. They would all have a hole to access it, but the actual plugs (and we tried multiple cords) were never long enough or would stop half way in due to the case. His new phone doesn't have a headphone/aux jack, so in order to play music in his car he had to get this, as his car isn't new enough to have bluetooth automatically and it's still in great condition so we have no reason to get rid of the car just for a little inconvenience. However, this device has been the most convenient thing possible. His phone automatically connects when he gets in, and he doesn't have to answer his phone if someone calls over the speakers, it will allow him to just use the phone without broadcasting his conversation through his car. He's so happy with it and it was so easy to set up. I'm going to be ordering myself one, even though I don't need it, just for the convenience of having my phone auto connect so I don't have to search for the aux cord while driving if I decide to listen to something through my phone.

Works as advertised. No problems so far.Update since originally reviewed :- Cannot comment about “sound quality” with respect to music. We use this for podcasts and is great.- We have noticed from time to time, that if the radio is on, with AUX selected but we do not play a podcast, the unit will send odd feedback noise through the speakers - a noise mostly like static and high frequency hum combined. We just turn off the radio - but the downside of this is that if a phone call comes in, then you cannot hear the call.Still satisfied overall. Would now give it a 3/5 stars.

I looked at several of these things and finally settled on this one because it powers itself thru usb rather than using a battery. After about a month of use, I decided to leave feedback because honestly it's a really solid product, and for the price it's surprisingly good quality. My 2017 Dodge Caravan didn't come with stereo bluetooth (which I didn't realize until after I bought it) but this thing solved that problem. I get in my van, and it connects right away. The audio quality is good enough for me and the microphone for phone use is surprisingly as good any car bluetooth I've used.Only drawbacks would be: The volume is slightly lower than the radio, so when it switches I have to adjust the volume a bit (not that bad). And, the cord is about 12 inches or so, which is great for my vehicle where the usb is right next to the aux input, but in other vehicles that might be too short.

I literally have never found an aux cord I could leave in my car due to my Arizona heat, but this somehow survives it...this thing is literally the best, I have waited to write a review because I wanted to make sure it could hold up, and it totally has. No issues with sound quality or speed of connection or literally anything. My car does not have Bluetooth but with this, it is no different from actually having Bluetooth built into the car. This is a lifesaver for anyone else who never drives without their music. This thing is so cheap for the quality, probably my best amazon purchase (hope this does not sound sponsored or fake lol)

Bought a BMW 1-Series that has both AUX & USB inputs, but no Bluetooth. The location of the ports in the car are prohibitive for installing larger devices as it’s directly under the arm rest/center console and doesn’t have a lot of clearance. This device works perfectly for my needs to stream music and directions through the sound system. The installation is plug & play simple. Pairing the device is also very simple. Definitely helpful for driving safely! I haven’t tried pairing it with multiple devices yet, but assume it’ll be pretty simple as well. The only (slight) downside is that the sound is not as high-quality as a factory Bluetooth streaming setup. I’d say it’s on par with an AUX cord costing the same amount. For the functionality, this is very good value for the money.

This bluetooth adapter works right out of the box. No pairing code required. You just plug the Aux connector in, and the other end to a usb charger and you're good to go. Once paired the first time, it connects almost immediately every time after that with a satisfying chime. No annoying voice like some others are.I was initially worried that the audio quality would not be that great for this product being so cheap. But I was very impressed with how it sounds.Definitely a must buy for those that want bluetooth audio in their vehicle.

Works great, but it doesn't seem like it turns off when my car is off (Mini Paceman 2013). This could be that my car continues to send power to the usb even when off. I just simply pull the USB about halfway out when I get out of my car and push it back in next time I drive.The sounds is great and the set up is seconds.
