Product was shipped in in bulk box of 12 7 oz. sealed packages.
The product was shipped in a bulk box of 12 sealed 7 oz. packages. The bulk box is also designed to be used as a convenient storage container. The box of 12 has a “Use By Date” for August 2023. I received my order in Sept. 2022, so more than a enough time to use the product.I use the product to make large “Muffin Toppers” with a muffin top pan I purchased on Amazon. Each 7oz. package makes 6 large muffin tops. I bake them in a Microwave/convection oven at the recommended 400 F. for a conventional oven. I back them for 14 minutes interrupting the cycle at 7 minutes and turning the pan 180 degrees and continue the cycle for the remaining 7 minutes. Perfect muffin tops - crisp on top and soft in the middle.

If you loved Martha White or White Lily muffin mixes
I'm a gluten intolerant Southerner who grew up loving White Lily muffin mixes. I'm up North now and am sadly very sick if I eat gluten. I hope this will change. In the meantime, I've learned a lot about being forced to go gluten free the past couple of years. You never forget the yummy things that you could eat in the past that are no longer options because they happen to contain gluten.White Lily was sold, and the muffin mixes discontinued. Still, there was Martha White. Except then, I became gluten intolerant. Now, though, there's Martha White GLUTEN FREE muffin mix. How is it you wonder? If you loved Martha White or White Lily muffin mixes, you will love this. I know the artificial blueberry nuggets probably aren't very healthy, but you don't have to eat it daily!A wonderful cup of coffee and two of these muffins? Bliss. My husband can have gluten, yet he eats these muffins with gusto so much gusto that I ordered the regular gluten version for him so he'll stop eating these.Yep. These are the real deal. Light. Fluffy.Caveat. They are a bit harder to get out of a muffin pan in one piece. Also, I never liked butter on the regular gluten muffins. These are, predictably, a wee bit grainy. As you GF folks know, this is pretty typical of GF baked goods. I find on these if I put a tiny bit of butter on them just as they're out of the oven, the graininess disappears. Also, eat them at least warm. They lose some yumminess when completely cool.

Taste good and are easy for kids to make!
We really like these muffins at our house. I have 2 elementary-school-aged daughters, one of whom was diagnosed with celiac disease at the age of four. We are pretty experienced by now with gluten-free foods and these muffins are really pretty good. They do not have that yucky grainy flavor you often find with gluten-free breads. Plus, my favorite part is that the girls can make these with only minimal help with the oven. You just add water, mix, and bake for 10 minutes. They feel so grown-up making these muffins! We usually make mini muffins and this oackage makes 10-12 minis. The mini muffins are the perfect size for the girls. Sometimes we add some fresh blueberries to give them an extra kick! If you do the subscribe and save, each package is $1.40 and with the one-time purchase, each package is $1.48. I have never found them less than $1.48 in the store and sometimes they are $2.00 in the store so this is a really good deal. I am not unhappy with the amount of muffins made for the price plus they taste good and are easy to make!

Not as pictured…
We ordered a case of what looked to be the gluten free mix but unfortunately it was not. The description picture even shows the gluten free mix but now we have $38 of muffins we can’t eat.

Inexpensive, but the flavors were a little artificially sweet.
I like the price. But the flavor and texture were not very inviting. The cost of good muffin mix is really quite outrageous. Cake mix is fairly inexpensive. The cost of muffin mix is quite high unless it is filled with artificial ingredients.
