Sound doesn't work

I bought this for my grandson for his second birthday as he loves birds. When it arrived, the sound worked as I pressed it a couple of times. I then stored it away until his birthday which unfortunately is after the return date. When I came to wrap it, the sound does not work . It is still in its sealed package but I cannot return it. Can no longer give it as a present. What a waste of money!!!

My dog loves this. My elderly cat was very curious too.

Ordered for my baby who is obsessed with birds but the sound didn’t work , swapped for a replacement as I really wanted it for him but that also didn’t work , sent back for a refund which took weeks to receive even though they collected them next day

My son adores this toy. He is really interested in nature so the fact the sound is a real recording of the bird's sound makes it a truly authentic learning tool used side by side with his new bird book and a few other birds it is a perfect companion

I totally love this little bird. It's for my 14 month old grandson who is mad about birdies, he loves to see them. This little bird feels so soft and the colours are vivid but the sound of it chirping will have him laughing and smiling.

I have received item, but the noise button doesn’t play anything. It was meant for my sons birthday tomorrow. Can somebody help me?
