Very good but expensive. Will charge small laptops.
Very good power bank, but at a high price for the Amp hours you get. It's only 15,600 mAh, or 1.5 Amp hours. Most battery banks for cell phones are nearer to the ~$20 price range give or take depending on features like durability, built in solar etc. This one costed me about $69.99, so quite spendy for its capacity.First off - the inputs: DC from the car cig lighter, or DC 5v from micro USB (phone charger) at 2amp. Plugged into a phone charger at my computer it shows ~6.2 watts and 5v*2a = 10w (max) so 6.2 is definitely more than a 5v*1a=5w(max) port. Be sure to use a 2+amp usb block.Secondly - the outputs: Pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds will bring the screen on and make the voltage change. Below are the options as I cycle the power button:12v16.5v19v20v - This I tested with my netbook Lenovo S10-2, and it was putting out ~35w charging the battery and powering the laptop as expected. My power block for the AC says 20v 2a, and this bank has 3a output, so it works great. Have not and will not test my other laptop, which the AC power brick is 170w, being an 20v 8.5a output, for that I turn my car on and use pure sine wave24vPb - Pb is the element Lead, so this refers to Lead Acid Battery (like your car) When in Pb mode this will output current to your car battery through the DC-Car Plug, set to other outputs, it should use the car plug to recharge the battery bankLCD Display: This has to be the best part of this, in addition to that it can actually power & charge a laptop, and charge by micro usb (great for foldable camping solar, portability) The backlight only stays on about 5 to 7 seconds, then that goes off but the display remains on for about 20-25 seconds (unless it is charging or draining, at which point it will stay on, though not the backlight, if you're in the dark just press the power button again) On the left it shows wattage updating every 0.5 sec or so, and the right it shows the % in 2 digits. This is especially helpful all the more for solar charging, as you can literally look at how much % it is at, and see every 0.5 sec updated how much incoming wattage you are getting. This is very very helpful when seeing truly how much power you get from your solar panel going into the battery bank, and being able to use this for a low power laptop & phone/other usb devices like lights without having to slow down the charging of your phone when a cloud comes over the panel.I'm pretty new to solar and if anyone else is looking into portable solar and needs a battery bank with all the right things on the display I highly recommend this battery bank, though it's high in price for the amp hours you get. I hope to get at least a few good years of heavy use out of it.

Works as advertised! Kind of...but enough that I bought 2
This little power bank does work as advertised...kind of.It has about 15,000mah that is actually usable that I have confirmed on multiple charge/discharge cycles. You can achieve the full charge potential using a 5v USB source. When I attempt to fast charge with a 45w USB PD source, my voltmeter registers about 25% of the mah charge however the display will read 100% on the battery. So this is a slight inconvenience that charging over PD is not 100% accurate however using a slower charge will give you the advertised capacity (batteries are about 80% efficient)The charger does provide about 70-80% charge of my surface pro 6 (with a USB C converter). I have been able to power up my lipo battery charger as well and have been able to confirm you do get the advertised 45w PD. So this thing has helped me charge up my RC lipo batteries. So for the price this is a killer deal, that I bought 2Both of my units do not fast charge the Iphone Xs Max or XR using the official Apple USB C cable . They charge at about the same rate of standard USB charge ~8w at 5v. I have not been able to confirm cycling between fast charge and slow charge as another reviewer has mentioned in my testing.I have deducted a star for the inability to fast charge my phones and for the inability to get the stated capacity using USB C PD charge.

hot bargain for old laptop
I bought this item for less than 10$ and it was such a bargaing that I bought a second one. It has several adapter to charge different laptop brand (for the Dell X12, nevertheless, I had to order a dedicated one for just less than 5$). I was considering to buy a new chinese battery for my exhausted Lenovo X131, but with this powepack I can provide two hours of uninterrupted service. It is possible to set the voltage to match the requested power from different laptop brands. I like the digital screen where you can see how much energy are you consuming, to evaluate how long can the laptob be powered. Very happy for the deal.

Very disappointed
This was a great battery for about 1 month and then I was unable to recharge it. It was never dropped, allowed to get wet, etc. I have tried using the cord that came with the battery and several others and nothing works. I tried to get a hold of the seller and haven't received a response.

These are great - I bought 2
These are great, I bought two and recommended them to a few friends at work.It charges my HP x360 - no problem. Tested it on a Macbook pro. Also works. The battery capacity seems to be real. It will goce my x360 one full charge. Some HP laptops like the elitebook seem to have something in the firmware require their proprietary charger.

Does as it intended.
I travel mostly short trips (2 to 4 days) regularly and battery pack is a blessing leaving behind charging cord and power adapter. Now I travel with couple USB charging cables, universal adapter with USB charging capability (2.4A) and this battery pack.Initially voltage output set to 19V for S530 Ideapad requiring 19.6V. The charging was intermittent and buggy. Problem resolved after voltage changed to 20V.QC2.0 working flawlessly. You can see the Ampere difference using regular USB versus QC2.0 USB when charging Samsung S10. If you phone supports quick charge, please use QC2.0 to minimize charging time.

Fidgety with charging itself
Worked well off the bat, but charging the bank itself isn't as friendly as its output. I tried charging it with my Huawei Matebook USB-C laptop charger (60W max output, adaptive) and it wouldn't charge. Then I tried my Samsung fast charger and it also didn't work. Only got it to work with my laptop's USB port, which means charging the power bank is slower than I'd like. But at $10, I can see why others would buy 2. That way you could just swap them out when one's out.

Low USB-c current: Does NOT charge either an HP Elitebook x360 or a Thinkpad T480
Despite the product info, this does not provide the requisite current to charge my HP EliteBook X360 1030 G2. Also does not charge a Lenovo Thinkpad T480. Works fine for my phone and the display is nice. Too bad it doesn't work as advertised.
