I purchased this hat for my one year old (who has an average/small head) and it fits way too snug. The description said 12-36 months. More like 0-6 months. If you’re planning to purchase this hat, buy a size larger.

It's the best winter cap I ever purchased for my baby girl. Outer line is woolen and inner line is soft cloth and the best thing is it protect ear from wind. Great purchase.
