Graco 4-Foot Whip Hose, 3/16-Inch, for Spray Guns

This 4 ft hose extension/whip works very well as far as freeing up the mobility of the spray gun while in use. The fittings at both ends seem to be well built, sturdy and securely attached to the hose itself. Even though they don't swivel. The steel connector fittings don't strip out from using wrenches to disconnect and reconnect them multiple times. Some of the cheaper off brands have the tendency for the edges of the connector fittings to round off. From being connected and disconnected multiple times. Many of those off brands are made from softer inferior steel that not only allow the edges to round off but allow the connectors to rust or oxidize. Once the other off brands round off you have to use channel locks or vice grips on those connectors. With this particular extension/whip that is not an issue. The threads on the connectors are cut deep and sharp allowing for fast and secure connections. The exterior and inner walls of the hose clean very easily when using latex paints. This whip is lightweight and seems to be durable so far. It's easy to connect and I've had no problems with any leakage at the connections or anywhere on this extension/whip. I purchased it from Amazon warehouse below list price for $17.00 plus tax. Since I am a Amazon Prime member there was no shipping fee. I would definitely recommend this extension/whip. This extension/whip alleviates the problem of having the full length hose kinking or binding during use. I didn't want a 50 ft hose. The extra four foot whip brings the total length of my spraying hose to 29 feet in length. That works perfect for me. That allows the sprayer unit to be far enough away not get covered in overspray. Yet close enough for easy access. It works as the perfect length for my use.

This Grace whip made it so much easier to use my paint gun. It is much easier on the wrist as the hose is very pliable and not as stiff as the actual hose that came with my sprayer.

Works great. I am a DYI person and recomend this to anyone especialy the DYI person. My spray gun does not have a swivel and is a life saver. I could not possibly do the quality spray with out it.

Thought it would eliminate the longer more rigid main hose from getting so tangled on Graco painter. Didn't help much tho it did function ok combined with swivel.

The whip works awesome, but the swivel I bought at the same time from Graco is horrible and a big time rip off. For some reason the company doesn't sell the compact swivels that they put on their nicer sprayers.

Just as described. Flexible more than Main Hose but still can be little stiff but it will break -In ( soften a bit )

On first use the hose joint leaked paint all over the drop sheet making it Impossible to use the spray painter purchased at the same time

What can you say about a hose whip? It helps a lot with arm stress when spraying a lot, and makes the whole process a lot easier on your wrists. Graco quality, nice and blue... um, decent price...shipped quick. If you need one, buy one!

Made it easier to manoeuvre the gun

Great little hose allows more mobility to the paint gun than the original stiff hose. After using for a week I probably should have purchased the 4 footer instead, good purchase and it's from Graco.
