I have trouble swallowing pills, so I was happy to finally get a joint pill small enough to swallow. Works good in my joints. Just wish it was a little cheaper.

I have arthritis in my knees for the last 10-15 years. I tried many over the counter pain relief pills. The best that works for me is Move Free. I started with the original Move Free which gave me relief. I changed to Move Free Ultra because I liked, once a day pill, small easy to swallow. I take the pill in the morning just before I go out to walk my dog which can be 4-5 miles in a day. Plus on my knees working in the yard. I always keep a couple of bottles extra. Even though this product is expensive the relief is worth it.

You have to take this for about a week to really see a big difference but once it kicks in it really helps knee pain.

Started taking it about a week ago. My neck vertebrae usually cracks when I turn my neck, and I have difficulty looking to the left - especially when driving. My neck seems to be turning much further now. I also have had problems with a sore heal when I walk, and that condition also has improved somewhat. Will give it a couple more weeks but so far happy to see some improvement in such a short time period.
