IK Multimedia iRig Pro DUO 2-Channel Audio/MIDI Interface with 10' 3.5mm TRS to Dual 1/4" TS Pro Stereo Breakout Cable & 20' XLR Cable Bundle

I bought this Duo as part of their Mac bundle (keyboard, mic, duo, etc). I plugged it into my Mac Pro, and while Garageband recognizes the duo, all input into Garageband tracks is at a very very low volume. The only way the track can be heard is if the track EQ is amped up to the max, and then the volume is still soft and all the other tracks have to be turned down to match it.I have tried several times to contact the manufacturer, but after a week the only response i have received was an email saying to download some 3rd party firmware (which I tried but the install failed multiple times), and suggestion that I try a different DAW than Garageband. But I didn't get this Duo in order to try a different DAW. I like Garageband!On top of that, Amazon refuses to get involved, saying (after 2 online chats and a phone call) that this matter is between me and the manufacturer, who refuses to do anything.So now I'm stuck with an input device that doesn't work. Very very frustrating!
