Ready to use, accurate and inexpensive compared to other TPMS
Installed this system on my single axle travel trailer. Traveled 260 miles round trip, checking the tire pressure prior to departure each way with a high quality tire pressure gauge. The monitor reported initial tire pressures within half a pound of the gauge, so I was very impressed with the accuracy of the TPMS readings of each tire. Cannot validate accuracy of tire temps being reported as I had no way to independently measure and compare with what the TPMS displayed.I also like that, after the unit's battery being initially charged via line power (either 12V from car or via USB), it can run unplugged from your car via its built in solar panel (my entire 260 mile round trip I ran solely off solar). So far, very happy with this system, especially at its price point compared to other systems.

It's as accurate as my truck's OEM system
I tested this system on my truck which has a factory-installed system with internal sensors. The Tymate's external sensors gave the same reading as the truck's, within +/- 0.5 PSI.I chose the Tymate system with the solar powered monitor because I didn't want wires dangling around my dashboard. It seems to work well. I like these external sensors because they are only 8 grams in weight and won't affect my tire balance and won't damage my valve stems by exerting too much centrifugal force. I chose the 6 sensor unit with the repeater because I plan on using them on a 28' trailer and the distance between the sensors and the monitor was more than recommended without a repeater.A TPMS is essential for your trailer tires. Without it you can get a flat tire and you won't realize it until the tire starts to disintegrate. By then it is too late and you can have thousands of dollars in wheel well damage. It's money well spent.

Very satisfied with the Tymate PMS
Installation couldn't be easier for both the tire pressure monitors and the reporting unit. Especially like the solar rechargeable feature meaning I don't have to run cords to a power source. My installation was for 4 tires on my tow vehicle, and two on a single axle travel trailer (20" length). The monitor picked up the trailer tires without the repeater which was quite nice. Pressure reading on all tires matched what I measured with three different manual pressure gauges - and what my vehicle internal PMS system reported.

Not what I was hoping for.
I tried this on my Class A Motorhome, Fleetwood Southwind 35k and this didn't read correctly at all. It picked up tire pressure of around 33-35 psi at each tire. Mine are filled to 100+ psi. This could be because its probably made for smaller vehicles. The screen on the monitor seems very dim and hard to read when its sitting on my dash. I had to pick it up to read anything at all.I was disappointed with my purchase and I recommend that others who have my size vehicle try something else.I had read the reviews like I do for most purchases and only found a few bad ones which you'll find on any item. I hope this helps someone.

What?
bought this for use with my Class RV, outside of the box says it goes up to 116psi. Not the case, the device only goes up to 97 psi...FAIL

The monitor is monochrome
The picture shows a 2 color display, but the unit is not. Otherwise it looks fine so far. Will update after some use.
