Great workout band system for at home
Great exercise system! My husband was looking for a new set of bands to workout at home with and this set is perfect. He loves how all of the bands are each marked with what weight they are. He also likes how they look a bit different so he can separate them during his different exercises. I like how they are double banded so they won’t snap on me. Highly recommend! One tip is to make sure you give them a little time to fully adjust at first to the stretch out, when you first unbox them.

Good for building flexability
These are a great addition to my "home gym". They wont help you build.muscle, especially if you already lift, but they have done wonders for helping me with flexability and elongation of my muscles.The canvas band covers are ESSENTIAL. I'll never go back to "naked" bands again.

Quality suprised me. I was not expecting the quality detail. The hooks are heavy duty. Ive enjiyed using this set. Ankle straps nice & heavy construction. I woukd highly recommend this set. I choose these because the straps are covered. That adds a extra measure of safety for me.

A real bargain
I paid $25 for a competitor's single band with permanent handles. The idea of a removable handle that can be quickly attached to any of the bands makes this an incredibly great bargain. The quality is comparable to the single band with permanent handles and there is the bonus of the ankle straps.

Quality product!
This product is great! I got it for my dad who is rehabbing after rotator cuff surgery and it has been a great way to get his exercises in at home! The multiple strength resistance bands have been working well for him through the healing process!

Nice
Not being exposed to the actual band is a great idea. I actually had my old set deteriorate in my luggage and ruin all my clothes. This keeps it clean and prevents the band from sticking to skin

Very durable material and easy connections to change out the different resistance bands. Comes in a nice carrying bag so everything stays together!

Too Short, Poor quality
These looked much better than they actually are. They have insufficient elasticity to be of much use. They go from no tension to the end of elasticity with almost no range. If you are familiar with this type of band from the gym and are expecting that for your house, you will not be happy with this product.
