Save life using one hand.
I have a mechanical heart valve, use blood thinners ( warfin) and can put on both legs, both arms (one tourniquet per extremity) using one hand. Over the years, I have bought many of these one hand tourniquets…..2-3/ car, golf bag, all First Aid kits, both ends of house, all house levels (2 story, basement, attic).I have bought and used product for over 25 years and often give as gifts to friends. They can SAVE LIVES!! Buy extra with which to practice……..can be used multiple times.

Good quality.
Easy to use, cuts off the blood supply like it should. Hopefully I dont have to use it but I know it will work if needed.

Seem good for TQ familiarization
I can’t speak to the durability of these, or how well they continually hold the pressure, but they definitely work good as a familiarization aid. These are very similar to that other brand that is tried, and true that cost a little bit more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you don’t already know how to use a tourniquet - the instructions are horrible
It’s a good value - and well made - but the instructions are some of the worst I’ve seen. I don’t know why Chinese companies don’t spend a couple bucks and have someone translate the instructions. I don’t remember the word (and the tourniquet and instructions are in my tractor at the farm) but there’s a word included there that doesn’t even exist.

This tourniquet works! I used it to save a woman's life!
After I sustained an injury where I bled a good amount, I watched a video of a police officer using a similar product, a self-apply tourniquet, to stop extreme bleeding after sustaining a gunshot wound to his arm. He lost a lot more and much more quickly than I, so I figured it's a great thing to have. That's when I purchased this tourniquet. I am writing this because it is scary having such a critical thing and not knowing for 100% sure if it will work because...IT HAS TO WORK. I also didn't know if I'd ever need it, but I believe in the motto "Be prepared."A mere 6 weeks after purchasing it, without going into all the details, I arrived somewhere and saw a puddle of blood more than 2 feet wide and bloody footprints. A delirious woman was walking and I asked her what happened, if she was okay. "I got shot", she said. I looked at her body and saw one gunshot wound to her lower stomach, which wasn't bleeding, and another to her upper inner thigh, which was bleeding an incredible amount. I knew the spot immediately -- femoral artery -- you can lose ALL your blood in 5 MINUTES from that particular artery.Having practiced with it at home and having it quickly accessible, I immediately went to my bag and got the tourniquet. I put it around her leg and attached the velcro very tightly. I twisted the rod and watched as the blood-pumping gunshot wound stopped completely like I had just turned a faucet. I tucked the rod into the designated 'hooks' and put the velcro strap over top. Even with the fast police response time, had they had one on them and acted very quickly, I really don't know if she would have made it. It's 5 minutes from gunshot to no blood left in your body. And I'm sure it's lights out before absolutely all your blood is gone.It was an intense experience and pretty amazingly good luck that I happened to arrive so soon after this happened...and the fact I had just bought it fewer than two months prior. I am not a person who writes reviews often at all, but had to for this.Take it from me -- this tourniquet works. I watched it work. And it saved someone's life.

Tourniquet is fine, instructions are dreadful
Learn how to use it (there are some good YouTube videos), practice a little (ouch). You don't want to be consulting these instructions during an emergency.TIP: Keep a pen or sharpie in the bag with the tourniquet. There's a place on it to write down the time it was applied. They'll need to know that at the ER.

Good to have.
I haven’t use it, but I do go to the range to practice, good to have for emergencies.

Decent quality but manual is terrible
Obviously manufactured in Asia and the manual was written using Google-translate. The spelling and grammar is laughable, but not something that I would expect for a first aid product. Get familiar with the use of the tourniquet through other means and toss out the manual. The last thing you need as you are bleeding to death is to try to figure out what they are trying to say!
