I intentionally purchased a saddle and harp as a matching set to avoid fitment issues. There is a lot of slop where the saddle attaches to the harp legs and the sliding locks don’t lock to resolve it. This means the lamp shade is crooked. Will probably return the item as this is poor. The quality of the parts are fine, they just don’t seat properly.Update: I raised my rating for the excellent customer service. The Seller reached out and offered to send a replacement. I have since resolved the problem on my own, using a short piece of electrical tape to wrap around each of the harp legs and then another short piece to wrap around where the harp and saddle mate. The sliding locks are now tight. This solves the wobble problem in case you run into this.

I spent HOURS looking for a lampshade for an IKEA pole lamp. I've had it over 20 years and its sleek lines still look good BUT I could not find a shade to fit. The lamp has an unusually sized uno fitter. You can find shades with uno fitters but not one to fit this lamp. Wish I had thought to look for an uno fitter adapter. It worked perfectly and now my lamp has a great shade.

Great find, I was given two stand lamps with European fixtures, shades for my IKEA hanging lamps fit but I needed two white shades for these. I was able to adapt the fixture part of lamp base to use spider style lamp shades with these. They perfectly adapted a 10” high lamp shade.Note if you’re doing the same, these were E27 (40mm) the E26 would not fit my base - too small.Additionally you will probably need a shorter harp than on other lamp base styles to allow the lamp to cover the base of the fixture. I was pleased to find these, description was accurate, product is good, product was shipped and received quickly on regular shipping.

I can't believe the harp doesn't lock onto the base.. I had to deform the sliding pieces to make it lock. What a poor design.
