It was exactly what I wanted but it came a day later than first said so I couldn’t use it this time but I will have it for the next time

I decided a few years ago to only buy braiding hair that was pre-washed, but I made an exception and bought this brand because someone with a hairstyle I loved so much, had used this. Unfortunately I couldn't find the color 27/30 anywhere so I bought 27 and 30 separately and figured I could find a way to combine them. Once I got the hair I double checked the reviews to see if anyone had experienced an itchy reaction. I saw that someone did so I did a vinegar soak followed by shampooing and conditioning. The hair looked as good as it was when it came out of the pack, after washing it.However as I began to separate it, it began to tangle like crazy. Braiding hair doesn't usually tangle that bad for me so this was a pain. Every two packs that I used, I wound up with 10 inch ball of hair that was all tangled up. So I decided to try to separate the hair prior to washing to test to see if the wash impacted the tangle quality. But upon trying to take down the loose braid, that familiar tangling and pulling began to happen.While my braids are turning out nice, it is taking me twice as long to complete my hair. I am on day 7 after wasting so much time combing out tangles while I'm braiding. So that just piles on another con.Lastly, this costs a lot more on amazon than it would cost in the beauty supply. I have been avoiding leaving the house due to the pandemic so ordering it online seemed to be the best route so I paid the extra cost.But now I know to stick to the prewashed/prestretched tangle-free and cheap packs at my local beauty supply!
