These are nice and sturdy.
The gold color is shiny, and the barrettes are sturdy enough, so you don't feel like they will break the minute you use them. They are good for accent barrettes, because can't put a whole lot of hair in them, but they look cute.

Straight hair ... won’t woek on them.
No grip on it, it won’t get a good grip of the hair . Beautiful but poor design on the functional part

Not great for thin hair
Don’t really stay in my hair very well, it’s fine not super thick. Best one to stay is the leaves one.

No inner combs to help barrette stay put
These barrettes are really really nice. The set come with a bunch of them. The one problem for me is that I do not have thick hair and these tend to slide right out. They need to have combs along them to help them stay. If your hair is thick and/or curly, these are for you
