Terrible
This box is awful. Keeps hanging with a low pitch sound. Have to unplug and plug back in to fix it.

Mini Keyboard NOT Included!
The box was a definite upgrade from my 1st Generation FireTV Stick. The only real drawback is that there wasn’t a mini keyboard included. Fortunately I have Apple Blur devices or a wireless keyboard and mouse so it wasn’t a big deal to ME.

Freezes constantly
I have had many brands of tv boxes in the past. Droidbox , for one. and this box sucks. not sure if its a bad Ram, or internal memory, but it freezes constantly. despite being OCTA- CORE . Thats right. there are 8 cores in this CPU. plus plenty of Ram) 3GB). plus 32GB internal memory... and when i move the mouse it freezes all the time. when i go back to the home screen.. it freezes. No other box i ever had did this. and its not because its overheating. I keep it cool.. doesnt matter. IT still freezes constantly. I had to get a governor program ( which makes minimum and maximum core speed( while rooted) to try to fix the freezing. it still freezes.... just freezes SLIGHTLY less.....This makes no sense. Never buying this again. or from this brand.... or chipset...

Worked great for about 6 months
This was an "ok" streaming box but not any faster or more powerful than a firestick. After about 6 months use it would just lock up. It gets too hot to touch after being plugged in about an hour. locks up completely after an hour use. I guess you get what you pay for...
