All of their batteries have the wrong size terminals!
I ordered four types of replacement UPS batteries and they all had the smaller F1 terminals instead of F2, which means you have to use an adapter for it to fit. Problem is the adapters never stay on well, and in some UPS models the battery comaprtment is so tight that the battery can't fit back inside with the adapters on as it makes the cables stick out too far back. I wish they wouldn't claim "APC compatible" when it's not. APC compatible would have F2 terminals and FIT!
