Sandblast Nozzle OEM Great Alternative
I currently own a Rayzist Sandblast Cabinet, and up until this nozzle purchase I have always used Rayzist OEM parts. However, Rayzist parts are fantastic quality, BUT...they are expensive and the Shipping is crazy high. 4 times what I paid here. We have a fairly busy sandblast business and go thru tips fairly quickly. The upgraded tips thru Rayzist are VERY expensive. And for slightly less I was able to purchase this tip and for 1/4 the shipping. I would be happy if it lasts the same amount of time for quite a bit less cost. So far the tip is equal to the OEM product. This item says it will last several times longer and time will only tell. I have noticed very little wear or expansion in the exit hole, however I have notice quite a bit of enlarging in the inbound end of the tip. This is normal to some extent, however usually I get equal wear at both ends. I see no adverse effect as of yet. I utilize 120-220 grit aluminum oxide blast media.I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.I did also notice, just after I purchased this from Amazon, they are no longer listed.

So far after almost a month it's working perfect using 120 grit garnet and aluminum oxide.
As far as I can tell there has been no wear at all, where ceramic nozzles wear out in a few hours. I just bought a second one just in case. Also by holding it's shape it takes far less air so my 60 gallon compressor doesn't need to start as often. I give it 5 stars because it's just what iv'e been looking for.

Great inexpensive alternative
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I have used this for 9 months with 150SC and just now showing signs of needing replacement. I have blasted for hours and hours with it and have zero complaints. Glass, metal and stone.

does not last
I am a professional sandblast artist and I blast with 180 grit silicon carbide. After aprox. 4 hours of use the hole is now at least twice as big, this nozzle will not last nearly as long as the ones I usually use. To start with the entry hole is much larger than the exit, so there is way less material to hold up. Not at all stronger than a Tungsten Carbide and definitely not a substitute for a Roc nozzle. It reminds me of a ceramic nozzle which is the softest material used. Sorry but this is NOT a good nozzle. In the photos the nozzle on the left is this one and it shows the wear after only 4 hours. The one on the right is a brand new Tungsten Carbide and it shows how much smaller the entry hole is to start with, and how thin the wall of this nozzle is. I hope this information helps anyone considering this as a bargain Boron Carbide, NOT NOT NOT!

fits a Harbor Freight bpot blaster
It fit my Harbor Freight blaster but the hole is too small if you're going to use aluminum oxide media. I suspect that soda MAY work with the tip.
