Freestanding Bathtub Faucet

I am really happy with this freestanding faucet! The plumber that installed it read all of the information on it, and had it done within a relatively short amount of time. It doesn’t leak, and I love how it looks. One thing I will mention is that when you turn the handheld piece off, keep it over your tub for a couple extra seconds and give it a quick shake - it’ll help get the water out of quicker before returning it to the holder (which is where it’ll drip a little for a minute).

I was a little concerned about stability, so I put a 2x6 in the floor and used 4inch bolts instead of the included expanding bolts. The details mentioned 5gpm, I measured about 5gpm with a 1/2 supply line at ~30psi. I was a little concerned about water sitting on the ground leaking down the hole, so I applied a bead of silicon along the bottom of the cover. This was a DIY project, and I'm not a professional.

Beautiful product delivery was fast. We has a problem with mounting on top of tile. I called the seller and Lang was so helpful. She called and texted me to insurer that the install went smooth. We did need to chip the floor to recess the flange. But the faucet was easy to assemble and looks beautiful.

We really love our faucet. My one tiny complaint that guests seem slightly confused by the button that turns it from faucet to spray, So occasionally when using after another, the sprayer had been turned on instead of the faucet. Minor complaint. Absolutely the faucet we wanted, and very solid. Re installation, a plumber installed it with the tub, so I am not sure if it was easy to install or not. Would buy again, hands down.

Received this faucet with such excitement for installation. My husband and I installed this item on 12/06/2019 with minor difficulty. Was disappointed when we finally turned on faucet to find that it would not fully shutoff, water kept running from faucet. Called telephone number in instillation instructions immediately and to my surprise someone answered, it was a Friday night at after 10 PM EST. Ling instructed me to send her a video of what the faucet was doing and she would get back with me. The next day Saturday 12/07/2019 she contacted me with a fix for the problem, the company would send me a new cartridge. I received the new cartridge on 12/13/2019 and installed it with no problem on 12/16/2019. The company sent me 2 cartridges, allen keys and multiple setscrews/covers. Ling as well as her company are very focused on customer service and a quality product. I will consider using this retailer again for any plumbing requirements. This product far and above exceeds my expectation for quality and price over all faucets i looked at prior to purchasing!!!! Price to value is exceptional and customer service from Ling is exceptional as well!!!!!

Nice filler! It came on time and no problems during installation. Looks attractive and stable, great material. I really love it!

We installed this as part of a Master Bathroom remodel we did for our client. The faucet leaks at the turn on/off handle even when not in use. Apparently no way to contact the seller. Hopefully they read this and do the right thing. If so, I will change my review but until then I highly recommend avoiding this product. Spend more and get a better quality product.

Product works as sold and looks great. I had an issue with the install and the seller promptly sent me additional parts without charge so was super happy with final result and the sellers excellent support!

The faucet was excellent quality for the money. Well made and easy to install. The 30” water lines were too short so l contacted the company number in the installation guide. They are sending longer waterlines for my installation free of charge.
