Solid knife
Easy to use, can be flipped open and closed with one hand once you've used it for a short while, doesent rattle when used and holds blade firmly in position so unlikely to accidentally slip, also has safety features to prevent closing while blade out so you're less likely to cut yourself with it by accident.

I am pleased
Having read and watched a lot of reviews on various utility knives I decided to buy this one, I like the Klein brand. I am new to Kleins products and incidentally I highly rate the VDE screwdrivers which I use daily. This knife has been nice to use. I very much like the auto loading of blades and the rubberised ergonomic details are relevant, practical, and stylish. The tool feels well put together and hopefully will last a good long time. I can’t honestly say if it is as good, better or worse than others like the Milwaukee or other top brands having not seen or used them but I would still recommend this product. From what I have seen, others might be smoother in operation but I don’t find this a problem. Not the cheapest but I think fairly priced.

Robust and fragile!
This utility knife feels good in your hand, comfortable, solid & controllable, with a good degree of heft (altho' this makes it a bit bulky). The blade length is adjustable unlike the popular Milwaukee Fastback series (which I also have), so is a bit safer. But the Milwaukee is quicker to deploy, with its "flick knife" like action, the Klein requiring the blade section to the pulled out from the main body. However the screws holding it together all came loose, with the one just behind the blade falling out never to be seen again. After that the blade kept folding up under any kind of pressure. I had to buy M2 x 5mm countersunk machine screws to resecure the blade part. Now the knife is back to normal & performing well. The lesson is to check the screws for tightness every now & again, or to loctite them from new!The on board tool storage is not its best feature, being locked till you extend the existing blade, sticky when hinging it out, and tricky to get a new blade out of. The Milwaukee one is, by comparison, an object lesson in design. But the lock button for the existing blade is very good, rubberised for grip, positive in sprung action & out of the way so it's never accidentally released. The competing Milwaukee one is terrible, being shielded by a metal tab that makes it really difficult to fully depress. But both are infinitely better than the original Stanley knife, where you had to dismantle the body to change the blade!Overall an excellent utility knife, if you overlook the loose screw issue!

Dangerous! Doesn’t hold the blades securely.
The media could not be loaded. Seriously bad product. Do not buy. Dangerous! The blades are not held securely at all. You insert the blade and it clips into position as usual with these type of knives. But under pressure the blade is released and suddenly you have a blade left sticking up out unprotected in what you’re cutting. Bad design and poor manufacturing tolerances

Second one I've owned, lost the first one after seven years. Never any trouble! Also fantastic value my electrical wholesaler is selling it for double the price!!!!

A little disappointed
Klein tools are usually top quality however I really don’t like the way the blade either retracts or falls out whilst using it not sure if it is just a one off problem, but at the price of the knife it shouldn’t be happening.

Buena calidad y robusta

Great knife, well worth the price!
Awesome tool! Convenient auto loading blade is super simple and saves alot of time fidgeting and switching out the blade all the time. I need to switch the blade 5-10 times per day and this is extremely helpful. Blades don't need to be inserted through the auto-loader. Even if the blade breaks, you can still pop it out, turn it around to the good side and you just slide it in like other knives you have used. Knife will not fold unless the switch is pressed to the very end of its track. This tool is extremely well made and is very durable. Highly recommended to anybody who uses utility knives.
