Versatility, Handiness, Performance, Price make it best buy
I have one of the few full-fledged notebook computer models that charges from 12V instead of 19.5V. I purchased two additional chargers (one, the Subject model) for portability, and convenience at home and at work. This one is just as portable as the fixed voltage models, but it has a switch to choose between many common voltages. It also has a large number of adapter plugs. I checked their no-load values and found all of them to be closer to the nominal values than almost anyone would ever need. It also has a separate USB port (5V 2A) for charging phones, etc. It charges my i-phone X just fine. It also charges my computer (which specifies 12V at 2A) in the normal amount of time without becoming much more than lukewarm. The computer operates perfectly with this power supply, whether charging or fully charged. I HAVE ONE QUESTION, though, and did not run tests to find the answer: This power supply is specified at 37 watts, max. Technically, this means that if you divide 37 by the switched voltage, this is how much current you can draw. (Examples: 37W/12V=3.1A, 37W/3V=12.3A) My interpretation is that when computing the power available to the cable, the power available to the USB port should first be subtracted. 37W-5Vx2A=27W. (Examples: 27W/12V=2.25A, 27W/3V=9A). The manufacturer should confirm these values or let us know that at lower voltages, the maximum power output is less. That way, the user will know for sure how this power supply can be used.

Lots of EM noise
The adapter came with all the pieces and does convert AC to DC power. I purchased this adapter to replace an older one that is used to power a radio and is starting to fail. Unfortunately, this adapter produces too much electromagnetic noise to be used to power a radio. Because of the EM noise, it is almost impossible to pick up radio stations. There is simply too much static. Even placing the radio far away from the plug does not help -- I believe that the noise is traveling through the cord.I'm sure this adapter works for many other purposes, but it produces too much noise to be used to power a radio.

Solved my problem
I bought a 4 port USB 2.0 Hub and it did not come with an AC power adapter. I tried using the Hub without the power adapter and I kept wondering why nothing was being recognized. So I decided to buy this power adapter and sure enough, when I used it, my flash drives magically started being recognized. When I plugged the hub into the port and connected it with the power adapter I had to turn the switch for the hub off and then on again for the hub to actually start working. Highly recommended!

Really good adapter
I ordered this adapter for a table top water fountain that I keep in my kitchen. This adapter worked great for the fountain. I was really pleased with the number of tips included with the adapter since I really could not tell which tip I needed for the fountain. I was also really pleased to see that it had a usb plug as well, I didn't expect that. So as a bonus I was also able to add a phone charging cable in my kitchen without using another plug!!!Totally worth the money!!

Works as Best as it could ..
First adapter I received was defective. I had to return for another. The second one worked great. Even though there are several tips, the fit was a bit loose. It’s hard to find the exact fit so I am ok with this one. It is easy to use, easy to set up. I would recommend this product.

Did not have the plug I need.
I ordered the charger because I have a Skil#2352 cutter and Can’t find the charger. It is3.5V dc with a charging port different from all the plugs I have. I purchased this charger because it has multiple plugs and variable voltages. With all the plugs none of those fit the cutter .

Very versatile, the green plug is great for diy projects.
I like its versatility. Attached are image of this adjustable setting power adapter. Recored unloaded voltages see images. I use it for my pencil sharpener and also my arduino uno type. Found out my arduino works with 6vdc input on the power jack for low power use stuff. Double look at the product image to make sure it match the polarity of your device. I am satisfied with this product.

Works as advertised!
Not much to say about this transformer. It does a great job converting 120v down to the DC voltages advertised. I can't say too much about longevity since I've only had it for about a month, but so far its working just fine.I bought this transformer to use with a anti-barking device that uses a 9V battery and it chewed through a battery in no time flat. This rectified that problem - and with the price of a 9V battery, this will pay itself back in no time.
