This shower is amazingly beautiful!!!!!!! However, it just does not have much pressure at all. This is the first rain head shower I have had and I don't like the gentle drizzle, the hand shower has a little more pressure but not as much as my old $50 shower head from Costco ( and I miss that). The body jets are ridiculously useless with their fine mist. However, the foot washing jet is very useful and I love it. Paying nearly $1200 for a beautiful shower spa and only liking the foot washing jet - was not worth the money to me. Go to Costco instead.

Looks good and all, but there's no pressure on the massage sprayers. Too expensive and I won't be able to enjoy all features.

I think it looks nice but compared with new modern shower panels, it is expensive.

Shower tower was put together with glue and plastic hardware. When our contractor tried to install unit the copper back plate and box frame holding plumbing came apart and when the plastic fitting on the water hoses were tightened down finger tight they broke. After calling manufactures help line and requesting new hoses, waiting two weeks with no response, our plumber had to reconfigure the entire unit so we could use it, instead of throwing it away, since it was quite expensive. I would recommend not buying this unit and Amazon should discontinue offering it on their website

Had difficultly hooking up the the hot water - customer service was wonderful and it now works well. The choice of rain, jets or hand mount for the dog - makes this unit well worth the money. The pounded bronze unit is well made and makes a positive statement to the bathroom. Couldn't be happier.
