I purchased this product expecting it to work in 4K. This product is compatible with the Xbox One X, and if you force the resolution to 1080, the product works great, but it does not work in 4K. I reached out to the customer support, and after various failed suggestions, they concluded my HDMI cable was the problem. I swapped the cable; same result.
